Staff were always available and exceptionally welcoming and friendly, its in a perfect place in the heart of the city (albeit at the top of a fair few stairs) its a truly great little hostel.
They make you pay for the WiFi. Nuff said.
Kitchen is pretty badly stocked, so don't expect to be cooking anything but basics. Otherwise its a decent cheap hostel with 20 minutes walk I'd say to city centre, otherwise there's a good host of shops and connecyions nearby anyway.
Very modern and clean, excellent place to stay if a little out of the centre, but transport is good.
The hostel was great, a good atmosphere, excellent free breakfast and staff. Overall enjoyable stay, may not be in the heart of Brussels but it is right next to the metro line in.
