Not the best location, but only about a 20min walk to town centre. Good value for money with lots of rooms most with en suite facilities. Good sized kitchen and nice large dining room and lounge room.

Really poor value for money. Poor location made it feel unsafe for a single female traveller walking at night. No communal areas were pointed out (don't know if any exist) so nowhere to socialize or even sit down and eat. Cold in room, slept beside large window with no security bar. Have stayed in much, much nicer places in the UK for less money. Worst of all NO FREE INTERNET and an exorbitant fee to use it. Will not be using another YHA and do not recommend this place at all.

This is a great hostel! Light and power socket for each bed, new furniture and quality bedding. Feels very modern and clean with a great vibe - hotel quality furnishings. Shared bathroom is not a problem because it is well designed with separate sink/toilet. Nice big kitchen and social areas with free wifi. Friendly and pleasant staff let me check in early. Good location right by an underground station, grocery store, lots of restaurants. Highly recommend this hostel!

Wonderful hostel - felt like staying in a real house. Great tv package, 1 pound dinners some nights, lovely kitchen and dining area, nice duvets. Abi and Charlie and wonderful and their tip sheet is a godsend. All in all a really great place to stay. Definitely would recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay here - a really well-thought out hostel. Free lockers, free laundry, free wifi (only in common area, though), great kitchen and lounge area, especially the fireplace for stays during the winter. The location cannot be beat. All around, one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Thanks!

Yahooo! Glad you enjoyed your stay here and you certainly are a lucky duck because laundry is usually £3.50... We hope you see you around the fireplace again one day :)
