Great hostel! Breakfast was really good, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, bathrooms were clean and the pool was very nice. Wifi was good too
Good location, close to the bus station. Breakfast was a nice change from other hostels. Included meat, sausages, rice, fruit etc. The staff were helpful with things to do in Puerto Iguazu but when we didn't buy tickets for the boat at Iguazu Falls from them the guy suddenly got very cold and weird, I think they must make commission even though he assured us that they don't. He told us that buying tickets at the Falls would be difficult, a long wait, no English etc but we had no problems doing so!
Good location, friendly, helpful staff. The wifi was good. Breakfast was very basic.
Nice, clean hostel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included cereal and eggs that you can make yourself. Close to the bus station and about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Mendoza
Great hostel! Breakfast was really good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were really comfortable with shelfs, lockers and lights on each bunk which was nice. Lots of places to hang out. Busy street nearby with lots of bars and restaurants
We enjoyed this hostel. Good location, just up the road from the centre. Breakfast was cereal, milk and cheese toasties. Our dorm had 4 single beds, which was a nice change from being in bunks all the time. There were 2 toilets but only 1 shower so there was a long wait every time we wanted to shower. The water was lukewarm. The wifi was good.
Lovely hostel! The staff were very friendly. The woman that makes breakfast was fantastic! We arrived very early but she let us leave our bags and we had breakfast for 2000 pesos each. The rooms were comfortable, although a bit squashed with everyone getting ready in the morning. Breakfast was nice and included bread, cereal, ham, cheese, juice, tea and coffee. Were able to rent bikes from the hostel. Close to bus station and 10 minute walk to town.
We didn't actually stay here. When we arrived they were full but they had arranged another hostel nearby for us. We had booked a dorm but got a private twin room and paid the same price. It was very difficult to find though! We spent over an hour walking around with our bags which is a lot considering how small the town is. No one seemed to know where it was and kept sending us in different directions. We had the same situation with the bus station too - San Pedro seems to lack street signs!
Comfortable beds, pancake breakfast was nice, guy on the front desk was very helpful. Not a great location
This was a big hostel and very busy. We were only here for one night and were getting up early so didn't go to the bar but it was loud and sounded fun. There was a few in our dorm that had to get up early and were woken up at 2/3 in the morning by drunk people coming into our dorm. So not the best if you want to get plenty of sleep
Fantastic hostel! Close to the centre of town, clean, lovely staff, free water and bananas all day, hot water in the showers. Breakfast was amazing! Bread, ham, cheese, pancake, eggs, yoghurt, cereal, juice, coffee, tea. Wifi was patchy but this might be a town problem rather than this particular hostel
This hostel wasn't the easiest to find. It was also very quiet when I was there. I had the dorm completely to myself. The lady was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice but basic.
Enjoyed our stay here! Great location in the centre of Miraflores. Walking tour meets right outside. Breakfast was basic but you can order other breakfasts as well. The bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and the rooftop terrace area was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay here. Spacious dorm, close to an area with lots of bars and restaurants. About a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. Staff were helpful and friendly
We enjoyed our stay at this hostel. Breakfast was good - your choice of scrambled or fried eggs on toast. The hostel seemed clean and new. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. A walk and a bus but not hard to get to the old town.
New, modern, clean hostel. Beds were comfortable, showers were nice. Breakfast was good - eggs and bread. Good internet. Helpful staff. I would stay here again
Overall we had a good stay here. We arrived very early in the morning on a night bus and we appreciate them letting us hang out in the common areas until we could check in, there were lots of people doing the same thing. Lots of common areas. Free make-it-yourself, all-you-can-eat pancakes and bananas for breakfast. We understand that they were very busy but it took so long to talk to the reception. I waited almost half an hour to check out. They definitely need more staff on when it's so busy
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Plinio. The owner was a great guy, very friendly and helpful. The hostel has a good pool and breakfast in the morning was pancakes or eggs and beans. The hostel is between Quepos and Manuel Antonio and the bus stop is almost right outside. Quite a few times we were there there was no water, but not sure if this is the hostel's fault. Also, we had areas to put our bags but couldn't lock them. There were 8 beds in the room but only 4 of the storage areas could lock
Such a nice hostel! More like a resort. It's got a great pool area, the room and beds were comfortable, and the entire place looked great and seemed very clean. There is a restaurant there - the food wasn't great and kind of overpriced but it was handy to have it there and we did eat there a couple of times.
We had a great stay at this hostel! The guy who owns the place was so so helpful in helping us organise trips for ziplining, the cloud forest, butterfly garden, night walk and boat to Arenal, all of which is ended up organising through the hostel (and saved us money). He had helpful information about walks too, which we didn't have time for. Location is great, right in the centre of town. Breakfast was great! Cornflakes, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, toast and tea and coffee every morning.
