The bathrooms were ALWAYS flooded. There were only two days in the week were someone went to clean the facility. The toilet spent a whole night and morning clogged up,. When I arrived, at 8h of the morning, there was NO ONE of the staff of the hostel to make my check-in. I had to call the hotline of the hostel to be informed that the person would only get there by 9:30am. The bunkbeds were very unsafe and the ceiling had mold. There were a lot of energy wire that didn't work. No breakfast.

The private showers are great, but the collective ones are not, there is no place to leave your stuff. The rooms are quite small, no room for big bags. The Three 3G sign was terrible in every corner and the WIFI signal was very unstable, mostly bad. The breakfast has little variety, the 'lovely ladies' from the bar are not lovely AT ALL. The reception staff was usually nice, but not always. And letting people smoke right at the door is terrible, we can never get away from the smoke.
Charlie is amazing and warm and makes anyone feels right at home! The kitchen is great and although the dinner area is small is very cozy. The only bad thing I have to say is the size of the rooms and stairs. For people with big luggage is very difficult and hard to get around. The breakfast is wonderful and with lots of variety.
The WI-FI is only for members of the YHA of have the hostel ID or something. The Entrance of the hostel is very creepy and dark, with no lights and little signs to guide you. The room had a very good size, we were able to spread our stuff with no problem (we were 4 in a private room). The shower area was kind of bad because it had no division in the shower area, so all the floor got wet, but the shower itself was good. The refrigerator was very small but the dinning are was very nice.
