The staff were very knowledgeable about the area. The hostel is very close to the bus station which is handy getting to the gala and then to e Argentinean side

The room in this hostel was dated, however our room was upgraded at no extra charge and it was very cheap. We stayed one night, just there to sleep so I don't feel we could rate the facilities or atmosphere fairly so I've put average.

I felt the reviews for this hostel were misleading. The staff appear to do very little work and only interact with their friends. They were unable to provide recommendations for tour operators, well until one of the staff started working for a tour company as well. The dorm and bathrooms were not cleaned whilst I stayed there. I was disappointed as other reviews were promising.

The hostel is being cleaned throughout the day which is nice. To improve security lockers with power points could be added.

The cleanest hostel I've stayed in. Knowing I was leaving earlier than breakfast started the staff laid out cereal for me the night before, which was thoughtful

The staff are very knowledgeable about the area and can arrange days out. The bathroom downstairs needs a deep clean. There is plenty of hot water

The hostel staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. The hostel were very accommodating when I checked back in at short notice because the border crisding was closed due to bad weather. I booked a full day wine tour through them, the price was competitive and the tour was good quality

On the hostelworld website laundry facilities are offered. At the hostel this is not so, I spent the morning in a self serve laundrette. I was told the trips that are advertised behind reception are no longer offered. The bathrooms are spacious with hot water. The rooms are clean and the lockers plenty big enough

I booked the jungle trek through the hostel, unfortunately the guide was poor. He didn't interact with the group or know about the route we took.

It's easy to enter this hostel without passing reception and there's no locks on the room doors. However once you've made you're belongings safe this hostel is clean, tea is provided which encourages people to eat and socialise together making the atmosphere good

This hostel looks like it was someone's home and they left there belongings when they moved out, it's cluttered but not dirty. It's a 15 minute walk to the tourist areas and close to a good supermarket.

I found the key west trip cheaper to buy outside the hostel than inside. The cleaners do a great job regularly cleaning the bathrooms and floors in the dorms throughout the day.

The security was a coded door. There was no staff on the door and if someone wanted its easy to get codes. Also some of the guests didn't ensure the door was shut behind them. The reception staff were uninterested in what they were doing and not knowledgeable about the area.
