Great hostel, great location as well. 1 min walk to the airport bus, 10 min walk to Temple Bar area. They will charge you €2 for a locker rental though, also towels cost €2 each at the front desk, they aren't provided for free. Take advantage of the board games available at the front desk!

Achillion Hotel

Athens, Greece

Stayed here for one night with my girlfriend, just needing a place for the night on short notice. It was fairly priced, but we had never been to Athens and weren't sure which areas are bad areas. It would appear that the Achillion is somewhere in the middle, even though the surrounding streets look a bit shady. The staff was nice, there's cheap beers in the lobby, and our room had a refrigerator which was good to keep said beers cold. Anyway, if you need a spot for the night, this place is okay.

Dormire a Bari

Although a bit out of the way from Bari Centrale- 25 min. bus (only €1)- Dormire a Bari was an excellent stay! Super clean, very friendly staff, great authentic Pizzeria right next door as well. Brush up on your Italiano before coming though, as staff and locals don't speak much English, but even still you won't find it any problem at all as it's hard not to love the charm of the small town of Bitritti. Only downside I can think of is that it's slightly difficult to find, esp. at night.

B&T Rooms

If you're staying in a private room, you actually get what's more like an apartment! We stayed in the Gisa Rooms around the corner from the office, and were pleasantly surprised by how secure it was (3 different keys required to get into the actual room, as well as how much space we had. View wasn't great but who cares when you're in Rome! You should be out sight seeing, not in your room! Located 5 min. from termini, B

Valley Hostel

Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland

Beautiful hostel situated in the gorgeous Lauterbrunnen Valley. 2 min. walk from the train and right in the heart of the small village. My gf and I loved cooking in the kitchens! Saves a ton of money too as local food is $$$. As clean as they keep the premises- they definitely try their best- they are having trouble fighting off the bed bug problem. Although it isnt their fault they got them in the 1st place, they need to do better to get rid of them! Will surely return as soon as they do.

We do all our best to keep the bed bugs out of our house! Every year we spend CHF 10`000.00 for that problem! Also we control all the rooms every week if we see them! But when we still have guests in the house how thing they can us their own sleeping bag instead our bedding then it our work for nothing! And for all the people, bed bugs has nothing to do with cleanliness!!!
