Technically I stayed at sister hostel, BedStation, but found this to be great. Very clean dorm, well organised tour to Cu Chi Tunnels, and a delicious breakfast each morning. Just off the busy backpacker street it's in a great location but you don't hear all the noise. Adorable puppy was a bonus!

Friendly staff and nice food. The music at the weekend thumping from the building next door wasn't great but it was the weekend, after all! Nice walk to central Sapa but if you get a taxi make sure you bargain well as you may be quoted something sky-high.

Excellent reception staff who were happy to organise buses etc. There were lockers under the bunks for storage which was good, and the dorm was clean. Location handy for most things. The problem was the heat: even with two fans and air con the dorm was sweltering. Also, there were no curtains and the glass was coloured which bathed the room in a weird blue glow.

Never mind hostel, this is the cleanest place in the city! Staff are very helpful, and the breakfast is delicious.

If you're looking for a very budget option then this place is fine. The location is great for wandering around Thamel. Breakfast is a bit unappetising.

Nice staff and excellent surprise breakfasts. The hostel also organised my brilliant day hike. My room was quite old fashioned and dark but nothing actually wrong with it. The hostel is really suited to those who want to meet fellow travellers.

The staff were incredibly helpful with directions and recommendations. Security facilities were excellent (lockers in room, main door locked at night and accessed with our keycard). Breakfast facilities were excellent and the roof garden provided a nice place to chill. One thing to approve upon would be the shower which was hand-held and the water was always lukewarm.

We could not have booked a better place to stay on our first trip to Marrakech. Our room was beautiful, the food incredible, the staff ever cheerful and helpful. The riad is only 5 minutes away from Jemaa el Fna which makes it an excellent starting point from which to venture into the souks and alleyways of Marrakech. Could not recommend this riad enough.

I really can't find fault in Heb. Everyone was lovely and helpful, the hostel was well-kept, and the complimentary coffee and milk was much appreciated when I left at 6.30am one cold November morning. I would recommend this hostel to anyone thinking of venturing to Lewis.
