Although it was a 20 minute walk away from the town centre, I would still rate the location as perfect, the setting was absolutely perfect. Great atmosphere with almost nightly bonfires. Very clean too. Strongly recommended as one of the best hostels I've experienced in South America.

Great decent place, located in the middle of the historical centre and the new town (Mariscal), with great connections by Ecovia/Trole transportation only 1 block away. Although it is in the middle of neither, it remains on the edge of both, and I personally found either old or new town to be walking distance.

Good, clean and decent hostel all round, not too far from centre of town where the main plazas are - though it is an uphill walk back each time.

Generally clean and homey. But blanket not sufficiently warm, and shower was not warm enough for comfort. Location is good for the trails, but climbing all the way up with a full backpack at altitude upon arrival can be quite a task.

All round decent and well located hostel with abundance of activities. Alot of very young and inconsiderate guests in my dorm during my stay though, and although not the fault of the hostel, its reputation does attract the younger crowd, so be prepared.

Very enthusiastic owner and staffs. Complete facilities. Location is not truly central but served by trufis and buses a short walk away.

Well equipped hostel, comfortable beds and warm hosts. Hosts were nice enough to invite me to home cooked meals. Location was a little away from town but there is a supposedly functional bus service that I didn't try. taxi service would be too expensive to take too often though for regular backpackers on a budget, but hostel price is cheap and value for money.

Accidentally booked a night earlier but the staff allowed me to change my booking to the day that I actually arrived without any hassles. Would have wanted to stay another night to spend new years there, but they were full! Towels provided so you can get all wet at the falls and not worry. Location perfect - only 200m from bus terminal which is where you can take bus to the falls and back, Brazilian side... etc. Pool not so clean though but small matter since I didn't use it.

Spent Christmas here, great atmosphere! Location is 5 minutes walk to/from the bus terminal. Towels also provided for going out to the beach - always a plus, as you may not have time to wash and dry your own. Big thumbs up to the staff team: Marcelo, Diego, Nico.

Alright location, friendly staff. However, cleanliness is not the best because of a dog and cat that roams freely around the house including the bedrooms. The dog and cat both jumped on my bed while I was lying on it at two different times of the day. Dog was trying to hump me - awkward.

In summary, if you're young at heart and enjoy nothing more than socialising and partying, it's perfect for you. If not, then this is not the place for you. They do have alot of good programmes during the day that are not and some evenings that are not party-related, though the nights will usually still end up in a party eventually. Not all recommended clubs are good although Teraza on Saturday amazing. Oh, and I did lose my Swiss Army Knife at the hostel though, but oh well.

Located right behind the Erratic Rock where the daily free briefing for the Torres del Paine is held, and only few blocks from the centre of town. Is slightly on the expensive side, but it is comfortable and clean. Breakfast includes freshly made omelette every morning and a little slice of pineapple. Fresh towels included too which is much appreciated after all the damp and stinking towels from 5 days of hiking the W Circuit. Also every bed has 2 power sockets for your own charging, nice touch.

One of the most comfortable and cosiest of hostels I have stayed in while travelling South America, although to be fair I have just started one month. Location was right in the middle of everything and the owner & staff were most welcoming! Fresh towels included are always a welcomed addition.
