I booked a 6 bed female dorm that looked nothing like the pictures I saw online. There was no privacy curtain and it was the size of a cupboard, old, dirty and quite uncomfortable. They moved me to a mixed dorm with curtains which was much better and had more space. Overall, the people who work here are really friendly and it has a good and open vibe. I think the photographer they hired did an amazing job and the pictures are quite misleading. It's quite overpriced for a hostel in bangkok also.

one of the best hostels I've stayed in. The atmosphere can't be beat and everything is clean. However the front desk staff didn't really know what was going on and aren't really knowledgeable on the city. They told me upon arriving that I wouldn't be able to go to alhambra since its sold out 3 weeks in advance. Ended up going the day of, without a ticket, mid day and them letting me in with no fuss. They also sent me to the wrong location for the pub crawl. better communication is key here.

This was my second stay at this hostel. Hands down best hostel I've ever been to with the best staff in porto. The atmosphere is really welcoming, tiago's dinners are AMAZING. Everything is really clean and it seems to be a new hostel. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. There are literally no complaints.

Just no. After staying at the wombats in Budapest and really liking the facilities, I was excited to check out the Vienna one. My number one complaint was the tall, skinny Caucasian girl working at reception. When I asked her any question she would give me attitude and was completely unhelpful. Why work at a hostel if you seem to not enjoy it? My bed was ridiculous. The mattress has yellow stains, when I was making my bed I lifted the mattress and there was black mold in the corner. Just gross.

I really enjoyed my time here. Everything was clean and the staff were super helpful. The location is awesome! I really like the road it's on. Overall, I highly recommend when staying in Prague!

Really really nice and warm hostel. The staff were really helpful from check-in, highlighting everything you may want to see and how you would go about seeing it on the map they give you. The beds are comfortable, although I would cringe having to be on the third level bed. Only complaint was that during the end of my stay, the water for showering and brushing my teeth smelled really disgusting. I think they had an issue with the water. Overall, great hostel !

Very warm and welcoming hostel. The staff members were SO helpful during my stay. If you're looking for a nice, homey, quiet and personable hostel to stay in while in Budapest, this is the one!

When it comes down to it, the staff and guests make a hostel what it is. When I was there, there just wasn't any chill. The guests kind of sucked and I didn't really find the hostel fun. It seemed really forced to be a party hostel. That being said, for what it's marketed as, the facilities were surprisingly ok and the location is great. The staff of mostly men are welcoming to you if they want to sleep with you. I personally wouldn't recommend to a solo traveler based on my experience.

Such a great hostel in Berlin! Everything was clean, the beds were super comfortable, even though I didn't socialize a lot, it looked like a lot of fun in the common areas! I highly recommend!

Two toilets and showers per floor was not enough. Over my 4 days, It seemed like they weren't cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. For the kind of hostel it is, most of the staff weren't friendly at all. A smile, even acknowledgment when I'm standing in front of you would be great. (New, blonde, long haired reception guy). The atmosphere among the guests is what you should stay here for.

I originally booked 4 nights, checked out after 1 and moved to a more central location. It could have been just timing, but the atmosphere wasn't enjoyable. They don't have individual outlets which was really annoying but apparently you can ask the front desk for an extension. Overall, from personal experience, I know there are better hostels to stay in so this wouldn't be my number 1 choice for porto.

The facilities are awesome. When it comes just down to the facilities itself, one of the cleanest and most efficient hostels I've been to. The staff however...so bad. The hostel is filled with quirky and funny sayings and the staff just don't mimic the vibe that the hostel is trying to put out. No personalities, most of them are unfriendly, one of the cleaning guys sprayed me with glass cleaner when I was getting ready instead of just saying "excuse me".Out of all of them, only two were friendly

Very warm and friendly hostel. The staff were really nice (especially Andre and the overnight guy). I recommend the nightly dinners and the trip to sintra! Great experience!
