Window in our room wouldn't close, the guy from reception had to bang it shut with a hammer. Loose ceiling tiles. Very cramped 4 bed dorm. No hot water. Really silly lay out with the kitchen/ lounge right outside the rooms so the noise kept us up all night. Think they are currently renovating and the place has the potential to be nice but its not there yet.

One of the best backpackers I've stayed at. Great large common areas conducive to meeting new people, really fast unlimited free wifi, a whole host of free movies to watch on their server and free chocolate pudding and ice cream every evening! The staff are really nice too!

Really great place. Friendly, helpful staff and great atmosphere. Free breakfast, free soup at 6pm (very welcome when on a budget!) and free WiFi throughout the place. Also theres a hot tub, although I didn't use it, but still, pretty cool!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Every bed has its own locker, lamp and socket in the dorms which was brilliant. The beds also have a pull around curtain for privacy. Lovely big kitchen too. Not the liveliest place, which suited me fine. But if you're looking for a party hostel look elsewhere.

Quite a nice place, great kitchen and common area. WiFi is not free, its $3 an hour so quite expensive. Its a bit of a walk away from the centre and could really do with lockers in the dorms. Very clean and pretty though.
