This hostel has potential to very nice, sadly its mainly the staff that let it down. On every occassion that I required assistance the staff were too busy watching the TV to notice me. They gave the impression that I was interrupting them which I found very rude. On check in, my money was taken, and I was given a key.No information, not even pointed in the direction of my room. I stayed in a private room which was infested with ants that bit me, and was told I couldn't move room. Don't recommend

Brilliant hostel. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. We stayed on three separate nights whilst going between Sapa and Halong Bay. We were able to leave our luggage there whilst on trips and they always had a room ready for us on our return. Good selection, and honest advise on the trips. Free fruit and coffee. Great breakfast included. Rooms were lovely and clean. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic staff. Really helpful and very friendly. Was my boyfriends birthday while we were there, and they got him a birthday cake. Made us feel really welcome. Give you honest recommendations for everything. Clean and tidy rooms. Hot water, free wifi, really nice breakfast on the roof. Would definitely stay again.

More of a hotel that a hostel. Lovely place, really clean. Nice pool, massive rooms. Great value for money. Shame about the location. Although it has sufficient local shops and food places, you aren't really in the centre of anything, so we spent a lot of money going to and from to have more options.
