Fantastic hostel. Highly recommended if you're visiting Siem Reap. It was a great base to explore the temples as well as local attractions such as the markets and Pub St.

Our double bedroom was small but for the price it was still good value for money. The shared kitchen area with another room of 3 was very basic with the cooker not working properly and a TV from the 80s but, again, you get what you pay for! The main annoyance was the WIFI which we we couldn't connect to in our room. Had to go to the communal areas to get online and even then it was painfully slow.

The double private we stayed in was a good size and in excellent condition. The kitchen/dining area was also fantastic. The owners were very helpful and spoke good English. Very nice breakfast and on the morning when we departed early they put the food out early for us. There appeared to be some renovation work that was still ongoing but this was minimal and we weren't disturbed at all by it. The location was also good, with the main shopping and dining area just a short walk away.

Garden Stone

The private double room was spacious and in excellent condition. The garden looked fantastic but we were only there for one rainy night! The place was very quiet which suited us after a long day at the falls. The staff were friendly and helped us with our airport transfer. Note that they charge for A/C between 10am and 10pm which could be an issue for anyone planning spend time in the room during the day. Overall this was a good place for quick stop over visiting the falls.

Fantastic hostel due to the helpful and friendly staff and the excellent communal areas that contribute to a great atmosphere. Very good location, just a short walk to the Old Town and all the tour operators. The breakfast was also excellent. Only negative point was that there is no A/C in the private rooms. There is a large fan which keeps you cool at night so this wasn't really an issue. I would definitely recommend this hostel and would have liked to have stayed longer here!
