Pros: -good location, in the center and close to everything -good price Cons: -the staff is not so helpful. The are waiting to call them many times to come in the room and fix the heating -cold in the second floor rooms (under 20 degrees) -the bathrooms could be cleaner. Doesn't look so good. -the atmosphere doesn't exist. Looks like a hotel, without interaction because the staff don't use the lounge and you don't have other facilities there to spend the time. -the design coul be immproved.

Very nice place, in a silent neighborhood, close to park, river and other natural surroundings. Only 15-20 minutes walking to the center. The staff is helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. It was a good stay for the money.

Itţs a nice house from outside. But inside is tiny and has old and dirty furniture. The rooms are not so clean and they don't have enough showers and toilets. The staff (a guy who speak french) is not helpful. He don't make attention at the reservations and details and it's unfriendly. Also, the check-in hour is after 16.00, very late and you have to wait 30 minutes before the check-in. They hostel don't have a luggage room and at noon it's full of luggages in the lounge.

When we got there, they give us the key and our room was already taken by someone else. We spoke with manager and our talk lasted 4 hours. He was a little bit rude. The hostel is very noisy and messy. In one day another person got the keys from our room from the reception and we found that person in our room sleeping. Breakfast is ok, but the same thing every day. You pay a lot for nothing. We donțt recommend this hostel because is not a hostel, is only a dirty and ugly place.

We had the worst experience ever with an accomodation. The owner sent us a mail one day just before arriving to tell us that he cannot host us. We were a group (8 people) and it was extremely difficult to find something else on our money. I replied him and he was very rude. He didn't refund our deposit. I don't recommend to book at this hostel. Never!

It was a very nice hostel, located in Asakusa, a peaceful quarter near center Tokyo. The staff is helpful, the rooms are cosy, beds excelent and bathrooms very clean. A big kitchen, place to smoke and many facilities. Nothing to complain, maybe staff could be more addicted, to improve a party atmosphere. Overall, it 's a great hostel. Thank you! I will return next year.

We've stayed 6 nights at this hostel, in one 8 bed room. The room is normal (like in phostos), with confortable beds and spacious lockers. The bathrooms are cleaned once per day and not enough. The lounge is very big, with free internet acces, but no atmosphere. The staff from the reception is ok, but the young man who stays over night is looking at TV and sleep on the couch. The interior design is very old and the breakfast is too expensive for Prague (3.5 Euro). Overall is a good price.

The hostel is in an apartment, without reception and staff. The owner comes and make the check-in. You must call him in advance to get in time there. The rooms are ok, with confortable beds, but the bathrooms must be cleaned. The position is perfect, in the center of Florence. We will come back there, because is a cheap place.

Olive is small, chill and peaceful hostel. The price could be lower because is in the south area of Italy (you can find a double room cheaper than two places on this hostel), but is ok overall. Another thing I don't like is the check-in. I don't understand the rule that you'll lose the place if you arrive after 22.30. It's the first hostel with this strange rule. Also, the first check-in is at 17.00, too late. The place is clean and nice, but with common design, nothing special.

We've stayed two nights in a six bed dorm. The room was ok, bud the bed must be improved (the upper bed). The bathroom wasn't clean enough (i think it happends rarely). The position is ok. You can reach the center in 20-30 minutes by foot or very fast by metro. The breakfast is average and the staff ok. There was a free pasta evening with delicious food and wine. We will come back there.

The house looks nice in the common area. On the top floor there is no door and is very cold. The double room is only with a bathroom inside. There is no paper toilet and the bathrooms are rarely cleaned. If you want to start a trip at 6 a.m. they don't give you breakfast because the don't want to wake up early. In the winter there is only a gas radiator for the entire house. The owner is always looking for money. They usually have guests who don't sleep there and block the downstairs wc.

Looks like a five stars hotel. It's very clean. Someone comes every two hours and cleans up. The breakfast is very good and the Mama's dinner is perfect. Perfect is the right word to describe the best hostel we ever stayed in. Thank you very much, Home Lisbon! You make an amazing job.

They have good design, nice staff and is very clean. Perfect location and many facilities, including good prices at the bar. We loved to stay there and we'll come back soon. We definitely recommend PILOT Bar & Hostel.

Good position, near the metro station (only 20 minutes to the city center). Hypermarket nearby, silent area. Nothing special, just for cheap sleep.

The hostel position is in Besiktas, on a silent street, close to pubs and markets. The hostel is small and cosy. We don't like the bathrooms (not cleaned every day). The toilets are inside of the rooms, but for common use. People were coming in and out of your room, because there is no locker. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but clean.

It's a nice pub with rooms in the back. The pub looks excelent, with nice design, but the owners don't care about the rooms and facilities. The rooms are tiny and dark, with old furniture. There are only two toilets and two showers for more than 50 people. They don't have kitchen, only you can ask for hot water. The prices for beverage are high. They receive 2.95% fee for paying with credit card. You can't see on their webpage, only at the reception. The position is good, in a silent area.

Great hostel. Everything was nice. You have free internet and a good breakfast for only 2 euro. I think is the cheapest hostel in Dublin.

The six bed dorm is without a door. Was very cold during the night, with only one blankett from the staff. The staff is a boy who only want to meet girls who are in the hostel. No funny atmosphere, nothing to do there. Is a cheap hostel, but I will not stay again there.

A great plac to stay in Marrakech. After one month of travelling in Morocco, for me was the best place to sleep. Great value for money and wonderful staff. The breakfast is included and is more that enough for a good morning. Is situated at 2 minutes from Jemaa el Fna. I love it and I want to return soon. Thank you very much for a lovely stay in Riad Dia.
