This is a party hostel. If that is what you're looking for then come here. If not then don't bother. You'll be kept up till 7-8 in the morning with people yelling outside your room. Other than noise control. It's central and the wifi downstairs is strong, breakfast is ok too. Rooms (depending what you go for) are big and the showers are hot. Staff are helpful and there is always something going on.

This hostel is sweet. It's small but not too small, you can get to know everyone. Breakfast is ok, although the personal touch of the homemade bread, cake and jams is great!! Rooms and communical areas are clean, shower is hot (although only two in the whole hostel) communical area is good, it has many movies to choice from if you want a lazy day. Wifi is strong and can be got in rooms. Location of hostel is fairly central, about a 10 minute walk to the square.

Hostel in Salta

Hostel was good, but I've stayed in better. It was clean and the staff were sweet and as helpful as they could be. Pros - strong wifi, showers hot, cleaned regular, only a 10 min walk to the square and BBQ that happens on a weds and Saturday. Cons - nowhere really to "hang" out other than the dinning room, so it was not comfy, which made it hard to meet people. Other than that it is a good hostel to stay if you are already in a group.

This is one of the best hostels I've stayed in. From the moment I stepped through the door (8am) I felt at home, very welcomed and all the staff here are incredibly helpful and very friendly!! Location was great just a 10 min walk to the square. Room was a good size with a locker for your whole bag. Showers were hot and powerful. Breakfast was avegare. wifi was very strong (only in communical areas) overall the atmosphere of the hostel was great This hostel isn't too big nor too small. Perfect!

This is a really great hostel if you want to get involved with everything. They organize tango shows to walking tours to clubbing nights. However the party does go on till 7am every morning and people are loud!! so bring ear plugs and a sleeping mask. The staff here are great they are really helpful and the rooms are big with comfy beds. The shower is hot and powerful. The breakfast is also good. The wifi is very strong, however only downstairs. Location is central so you can get everywhere easy

Marcopolo Inn Iguazu

Puerto Iguazu, Argentina

I stayed here for a few days. Location is good. Opposite the bus station, middle of iguazu town. I unfortunately didn't go to the falls on the Argentina side as they were closed, however I heard it was only a 20 bus ride. Wifi was strong, only in common area though. Breakfast was nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, slightly damp but comfortable beds. Would recommend this hostel.

I only stayed here one night as it was a stop off. However from the time I did stay it was good location, close from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the falls. Breakfast was good. Wifi was also good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were ok and clean. Overall I'd recommend this hostel for sure.

Mellow Yellow Villa

Hostel is close to the copacabana beach and in a good central location. I stayed here for four nights and had a great time. Staff are really lovely and very helpful. This can be a party hostel if you want it to be, however if you want a quiet early night just bring ear plugs and you'll be fine. Breakfast is ok, got to get up early and on time of serving otherwise you'll miss out. Would recommend.

Although this hostel is grubby and fairly dirty. The kitchen and bathroom is given a good clean every night. It's just the communal areas and bedrooms which are filth. Staff are lovely and friendly and helpful especially Keri. I stayed here the end of April 2014 and would recommend a a/c room as it was far too hot in a fan room. It's about a 10 min walk from the main streets, so depends on what you are after. The atmosphere in this hostel is great, feels like a family.
