Kismet Dao Hostel

An excellent hostel staffed by friendly and helpful staff. I cannot recommend this place enough. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, free locker use, one free drink per day, towel use, resident dog. Ask for pretty much anything, and you will receive it with a smile. 11/10

Hostel of the Sun

Perhaps the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Excellent facilities and location, but what really made my stay were the staff; they were able to blur the line between staff and traveller and create an enjoyable communal atmosphere. They were also very helpful and enthusiastic in recommending tourist attractions and other local sites; often taking a group of us out personally. Also, the breakfast was amazing and they have a very good selection of books to exchange with.

Little Olive Tree

The attitude toward the hostel experience harboured by the wonderful owners is perhaps what best defines this hostel. They are genuinely committed to bettering their establishment, and really appreciate feedback relating not only to their own hostel but hostels from other cities as well. They were very helpful in any request I had and were very active and concerned with the cleanliness and security of the rooms. I would very much like to see how Olive Tree grows.

Incredibly accommodating and helpful staff. The hotel owner, in particular, proactively sought to ensure my stay was free of hassle and that I enjoyed and took advantage of all facilities the hotel had to offer. Guidance and advice was also offered regarding local sites. Perhaps the only (slight) downside was: no breakfast included. Otherwise, nice location, excellent service, clean and working facilities.

Very cheerful and helpful staff who were able to advise me, not only of local attractions, but of transport from Delphi to other smaller tourist destinations. Clean room and working facilities, though no breakfast included.

Nice location, good facilities, and clean rooms, though, at times, it felt like the staff were not involved with those staying at the hostel, which led to a less than ideal atmosphere. There is also a deposit for towel use... Breakfast was good, though.

Good brekky, weak wifi, cold dorm. Staff were unwilling to provide extra blankets in the basement-located dorm, remarking that we could gather them from other beds if there were beds free.

Good location and friendly staff who often seem intertwined with those staying at the hostel. Excellent atmosphere and location, though no breakfast included. Would recommend whole-heartedly.
