Good hostel. Booked a single room for a bit of a rest, was good. It had air con, wifi worked well, the hostel was close to the sites etc. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to get you involved. Seems like a nice place, will be good when the work is finished down stairs..

Hello Sofia

Loved this place! Note that it is a B&B, not a hostel. Great place to chill out when you need a break from the hostels.. the room had air con, TV, wifi worked excellent, all around it was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Some reviews say it is hard to find, but it really isn't - there's a sign on the outside of the building saying "Hello Sofia B&B". Inside the building is immaculate, recently renovated.. I'll definitely stay here again.

Great wifi. Great kitchen. Awesome staff. Awesome location. Air con in deluxe bedroom and main living area. Curtains around beds for privacy. Secure lockers under beds. Towels if you need them. Very home like hostel - really a home away from home. Owner is fantastic, always super happy to help in any way possible with great suggestions & advice for any life matter :) Highly recommend this place. Will definitely stay here again if back in Skopje!!

Great place. Good wifi. Washing machine. Plenty of bathrooms with hot water. Great staff. Beer available. Good solid bunks with comfortable mattresses. Good lockers. Unlike so many backpacker factories in Europe, this is another hostel in the Balkans which has got it so right! Classic backpacker feel to the hostel. My one complaint is that there was no air con (..or temporary pool) to cool down from the extreme summer heat/humidity in!

Central location, good staff, good kitchen, good wifi, friendly staff, and plenty of bathrooms etc. Unfortunately the bunk beds were not very secure.. some of the legs were bent at a significant angle between top & bottom bunk, the entire bunk would slightly tip when I went to get on top, felt like the thing was going to collapse on any movement... shame because it is an otherwise recommendable hostel

Great hostel, new and with some great features. Bunk beds are solid (with user powerpoints/lights), the wifi works well, there's a kitchen, ensuites are in the rooms, and a great little porch out the front for socialising! The owner is super friendly and social, and even cooked a few of us there lunch one day! Will definitely stayed there again. Only suggestion is to make the hostel easier to find by putting a sign at the entry of the carpark, easy to miss otherwise!

1. Showers were warm 2. Great location 3. Staff were mostly helpful 4. Wifi worked well 5. Security during the day was good. However, every night people would invite people from other hostels back.. as there was no receptionist this meant the "parties" in the hostel could last until 2.30am.. it also created a security issue where non-guests were in the rooms & hostel late at night. 6. There's a fridge in the kitchenette but no stove etc. 7. Super comfy mattresses!

If you book here you will stay at one of two locations: the first in the hotel as advertised; the second next to the Russian Embassy (where we all want to stay given recent events...). You are taken there by a random person who you then never see again. The hotel reception is a 5 minute walk away. You pass through military guards (Russian) to get there. No kitchen, not even a fork to use. No common room. Bathrooms flood when you use them. Staff not overly helpful. Will not return.

Disappointing stay after the high quality experienced at the St Christopher's Inn Paris Canal. Paid for a premium room, got no curtain. Felt awkward asking the staff questions, like it was always a huge inconvenience to them. It is also a long way from the centre and train station compared to other hostels. Hi! Thank you for your comment! A hostel is only 25 minutes a short walk through beautiful Bruges or easy 2 euro 10 minutes bus journey. Also, you can find a map and all information about that on our website before you come or just send us an email with your questions. We are here to help you! :) Take care and we hope you will back to Bruges in future!

The hostel is based in an old brewery, only a 15min walk from town. It was opened only a couple of years ago, using the carbon nuetral idea.. this creates an issue though: as they limit the air flow through the building, it seems that an accumulation of dust occurs in the bedrooms! If you have hayfever or asthma be weary of staying at this hostel purely because you can´t open the window to give it a proper air out. I was sneezing the entire time was at the hostel, was fine when I went outside.

I arrived late at night to the hostel to find somebody sleeping in my bed (not a hostel guest). Rather than move them I got shifted to another room. The next day I had to wake up early to check out and store my bags etc etc.. Wifi doesn't work upstairs. No elevator. Grubby bathrooms. Beds too close together. Overall disappointing. Expected a lot more for the price & reviews. The hostel is quiet a distance form Manhattan, and 5 stops from Williamsburg. It offers a lot in the description on Hostelworld, but you have to pay additional fees for nearly everything (eg, gym, washing machine, to use the computers, etc etc). The atmosphere is pretty poor too - difficult to get to know people due to the layout of the hostel. Would also be good if breakfast went a bit later.

The USA hostel in Hollywood is not as good as their one in San Fran. Excellent location, good staff, but no real indoor area conducive to hanging around and meeting people (tv is always on). Small hostel with great atmosphere. In the middle of the cities walking tour providing some fantastic views. Breakfast (continental or toasted sandwiches) provided. Only down side is that there's only one shower! Luckily there are two toilets..

Great hostel - comfy beds, top atmosphere, easy to get to know people, pub crawl on the Fri & Saturday nights. Fantastic place to make friends & be in the centre of the action at night. During the day however, it is a fair walk into town.
