This is a very nice hostel. Staff speaks good english and is very helpful. Dorms are large and clean, they offer laundry service and help with tour/tickets bookings. If you do laundry though, make sure you have at least 1 or 2 days to let it dry because Guilin is very humid and clothes don't dry on the roof. Public transport is close and convenient to reach both train stations and both bus stations and the location is a bit outside the main tourist crush, so its quiet and more local.
Good hostel, not so crowded and crazy like the ones in Mong Kok or Tsim Sha Tsui so this is definitely a better alternative.
Basic but good hostel. Of course the rooms are tiny and waiting for the elevator a bother but it's part of the real HK experience I guess. It's clean enough, depending on your roommatss lol.
This hostel is very very cheap but its also quite nice. Bathroom is okay and dorm without aircon is still bearable because of the fans. Its a bit out of the city centre but walkable about half an hour and there's many places to eat nearby.
This hostel is cheap and basic but good value for money. However, the staff was quite rude, turned on the light and came into the room in the middle of the night and made a lot of noise on the rooftop. The bathrooms/dorms weren't cleaned in the 5 days that we were there. My friend got her phone stolen and there were several other people in the dorm that lost stuff as well. Not the staffs fault but security was bad since the dorm was always open and 'guard' sleeping in the lobby during the night.
Awesome hostel!!! Recommend staying here
Really nice hostel, but there are a lot of long term people that dont make a lot of contact with others... however, it's right in the centre, has lots of (free!) facilities and activities and staff is friendly and helpful :)
Great hostel, but a little bit too big to get in touch with others. However, there's some nice areas to hang out and the vibe is generally good.
Quite a nice place, the location is good but sometimes the rooms were very dirty and bugs in the kitchen etc. However, this is the fault of the travellers and the staff is working hard to keep the place nice.
Awesome hostel! I'm a great fan of the fernloft chain, stayed there in Singapore, Melaka and KL. Great hostels and amazing places to meet new people. Had lots of fun while I was there.
Nice hostel very clean and has a nice chill vibe. Good place to meet fellow travellers right in the heart of lovely Chinatown, Melaka.
This is an awesome place to stay!! In the middle of Chinatown the location is amazing, really the place to be and the owner Aunty Aini is so nice!! I really recommend this hostel
