My group of friends had a 6 person dorm room and it was a bit tight for us. We were on the 6th floor and some sort of sewage smell was constantly wafting in our windows. The elevator is very small. Also for 20+ people on the floor there was 3 toilets and 2 showers which meant there was always a line at peak times. However this is manageable because the hostel has a great bar. There's also a basement with bands that play. The train station is 10-15min walk so rent bikes!

Dear guest, Thanks for your feedback. We know that the morining are busy and sometimes you have to wait to use the bathroom that's why you can access all the bathrooms of the hostel between 7am and 10am. Cool that you were able to enjoy the happy hour in the bar and enjoy our Downunder music events :) Hope you get the time to visit us again. Cheers from Copenhagen Downtown Team

We had a group of friends in a 6 person room and it was huge. There were two separate connected bathrooms with a shower and sink but only 1 toilet. The decorations and style at the hostel is very cool. There is a hipster courtyard with a kitty and abstract art. The luggage room is great to use. The Berlin wall is very close (less than 10 min walk), there is also a great schnitzel spot under the bridge by the Berlin wall. The closest train station was 10 min walk and very easy to use.

the staff is helpful, they even carry your luggage up the stairs if they see you enter. 2 person room was small but you really don't need a big room when you're going to be out all day. the blankets on the bed were new and warm. bathrooms were also very clean.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Its quiet in the evenings so you can get a great nights sleep. There's a bench in the front that overlooks a canal so you can enjoy breakfast out there. The bathroom is trendy with a very large shower. If you plan to eat out theres a pretty decent walk to get to the main streets that have restaurants. The bike rental place is also pretty far away but its worth it to do it for a day at least.

The connected bar is very convenient. They serve american bar food but there's a 25% discount to guests, beer prices are reasonable also. It's definitely far away from the main tourist attractions but there's a 10 minute walk to a metro stop and the metro takes 10-15 minutes to get anywhere. Definitely buy your metro tickets in packs of 10 for some savings. Breakfast was cereal, sour yogurt, bread, ham, cheese, and juice/coffee.

Front desk was very helpful. One weird thing was that our room had a sky window and people walking on the floor above could see in. It was a bit inconvenient to change but I would definitely still recommend the room. The restaurant/grill at the hostel was closed in May and it would be nice if that was advertised. It's hard to find an affordable meal in town but the pizza place next door is decent. The breakfast was just ok. The views are awesome. Ask the front desk to explain the free bus!

Desk workers were very nice and helped get our missing luggage from the airport. Our 4 person room had a nice view of a garden. The room was clean. The lockers in the room were large and had keys.
