An amazing and unexpectedly brilliant experience
There was nothing I didn't love about this hostel. Staff were friendly. They had wonderful recommendations on things to go to see and do. The breakfast was certainly a little different and a bit more wholesome than many hostels. The only thing that would let Isaacs down would be the showers. Even at the best of times, the water is only warm and that's not fun in Winter. I still loved our stay, the people and the location was simply fantastic.
Showers never hot
The kitchen facilities were a little disappointing and as this hostel was busy there was extremely limited space to cook and eat afterwards. Other than that, everything was wonderful

Very simple and basic. Wifi is only available in the common room which was a little disappointing, especially as it is so cold in there. Showers were excellent. Rooms were lovely. Most comfortable bunk beds I've been on in my two months of backpacking.
I really liked this place and the staff but a few things let it down. Heaters were broken so it was colder inside than it was outside, the waters in the shower would fluctuate between warm and mildly hot without changing the tap, the door was broken inside the building so anybody could walk in and wifi only available in tiny common room. Despite these little things, it honestly didn't ruin the stay in anyway.
It was a beautiful room, very colorful and quirky. I was a little surprised that breakfast was in a coffee shop around the corner and only includes a croissant and small coffee. The internet drops out a lot but other than that, it was a great stay.
Everything was really lovely and we appreciated the extra effort that the staff went to
