Inverness Student Hostel

Great cozy hostel! Very friendly staff and environment; because it's small, staff get to know you by name. Comfy beds, clean rooms and bathroom/shower facilities. Lots of suggestions on the walls for things to do in the area, good wifi connection too! Only downside is no lockers in the rooms, but you can put your valuables in their safe if you're concerned about that.

Castle Rock Hostel

Edinburgh, Scotland

Castle Rock was one of the best hostels I've stayed at! I had a 4-bed room and it was comfy and clean, really ideal for the extra few pounds a night so you're not in a huge dorm. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was nice the front desk had things like shampoo and chocolate for sale. The common rooms were a great place to relax. The beds were super comfy, and each bed in my room had its own socket, mini light, and shelf. The location was central, 15 minutes walk to anywhere really.

Barmy Badger Backpackers

London, England

The badger was a great first intro to London hostels! The entry is secure for the front door and you have your own key for the bedroom. The lockers are very large, you can basically live out of them! I had a room with an ensuite bathroom, which was nice as you had lots of room to change when you came out of the shower, as opposed to having to change in the shower cubicle. The kitchen was well stocked, and the free breakfast a bonus. Only downside was the beds were not very comfortable.
