The hostel had a great bar and kitchen space that was a good place to meet people. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I had a great stay:)
Great location if your interested in galleries, cafes and second hand shopping. In a really cool neighborhoods. Not much to complain about except maybe the kitchen need more plates
The showers really need some kind of ventilation. This would solve the problem of the heat and humidity in the dorms as it is in the basement. Other than that it is very basic. Limited plugs for charging and WiFi only in reception. This made it difficult to meet other travellers as everyone is obsessed with their phones. But I suppose this is the kind of hostel you will do fine in if you are travelling in a mob
Was only here for one night but was very close to trainstation and city centre. Could be a cool place during the weekends
Was a great way of experiencing the city. Campsite close to an amazing view and an even better one if you climb up to San Miniato. Facilities could have done with an extra clean during the day
For its location and price alone it tops many more pricey-er stays. Breakfast was average but the dinner was great- especially when you can't always afford to eat out. Security was great but the bathrooms need a little work. Otherwise one of my better London hostels
The central location is really the only upside to this place. This is not a travellers hostel. In fact it has a rather shabby halfway house feel to it. The fourth floor reeks of mildew and there were not enough toilets or even faucets to wash your hands. There are no lockers and the beds are the most basic and squeak alot. To top it off all the power outlets were jammed(?) and the WiFi really only worked on the first two floors. And I think I'm being lenient here
Such good value for a great place. If your planning on taking the tube everywhere then this is too easy. Located opposite the Hammersmith station, this place is great for getting to know the city. It felt safe and clean although there is no kitchen or common room and there are lots of sirens at night. But otherwise would recommend to all
This is the kind of hostel everyone dreams about. The facilities were clean and modern- the kitchen was large and well equipped- and the rooms were spacious with their own readings lights. This is the perfect place to go if you're wanting to meet new people or simply have some chill out time. The staff were really friendly and the paella night was fantastic. What more to say than that?
This hostel has a great location, very close to all the major sites in Madrid. It also has a lovely rooftop bar to relax in and a lovely courtyard too. The only quibble would be the kitchen was quite small, but other than that it was well organised and breakfast was offered to us free the morning we arrived, before we had even checked in. I wish I had more time in this lovely city:)
The location of the hostel is smack bang in the middle of the city. This was excellent for watching the Semana Santa processions.... if you dont want to sleep. However this is not the hostel's fault and I found my stay pleasant and relaxing. The vibe of the place was really chilled out which made it perfect for a cheap getaway. The facilities are good, although the kitchen could use more pots, pan and cutlery. But other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay:)
Our stay was short but the services were great. Comfy beds, super clean and easy access to wifi. The only thing I would comment on was the confusing signs blocking the entrance from the main road. This seemed to point to a dirty carpark. Actually you have to enter at the quay shopping precinct. Is not too close to center of town either if you are walking. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.
