BellaMaritimo Hotel

Pamukkale, Turkey

The room was beautiful with nice interior details - recently remodeled. The family that runs it is very helpful and nice. Bathrooms are very modern. I especially liked the lounge area that was filled with cushions for...well, lounging. The included breakfast was unbelievable! They must have brought 12 different plates of things to our table including eggs! The breakfast alone is worth the price we paid for the hotel!

Old Town Hostel East Wing

Kotor, Montenegro

This hostel does everything right. Plenty of helpful, friendly staff always available. They gave good recommendations, arranged trips and held nightly dinners and activities. The hostel itself is probably the best I've ever stayed in. Excellent location, beautiful old construction, well planned out rooms and publis spaces. It was a great place to chill and had all the facilities I needed in a hostel. I stayed in a private room, which was much better than a hotel since I got the atmosphere here.

Tresor Hostel

Ljubljana, Slovenia

Top notch hostel with beautiful rooms and plenty of public spaces to hang out in. The staff were very friendly and helpful with things to do. Location is awesome: walkable from train/bus stations and less than a block from the main square of the city. Areas for improvement: No lockers. Quiet hours were not enforced. There is an eating area but no kitchen, not even a sink. We asked several times for the AC to be turned on, but our room remained 25 degrees throughout the night.

Alibi B14

Piran, Slovenia

Excelletn location, and very quiet. Very welcoming staff, but they definitely need to provide better directions to the hostel. Sending us to the tourist information center was not helpful since the staff couldn't direct us to the hostel.

Backpackers House Venice

Venice, Italy

Most importantly, at this price, it is a good hostel in a great location. The value is that it covers the bare minimum of what you want in a hostel in Venice: it's cheap, it's right on a lovely piazza close to the Academy district, and John, the manager, is really friendly. Comparing to other hostels, not in Venice: the WiFi is useless, our key didn't work for either door (fortunately someone was always there to let ue in), no communal space, no kitchen, no lockers, 1 bathroom for 10 people.

Hostel Cat

Las Vegas, USA

Great price for staying in Vegas. Nightly activities through the hostel. Easy bus ride to main strip. Good place to chill out too.

Merida, Mexico

The staff was very helpful and provided a lot of information on what to do and how to do it! It was also a great atmosphere for meeting other people with several common areas including a pool!
