Lovely, quiet, comfortable place to stay. Stayed here twice in a twin room in my/our 2 week Japan trip. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The location is fine. Only issue is to be patient with the water temperature of the tiny shower! Please go to the Japanese restaurant as you turn right on the main road (with all the signs/pictures). Delicious food and lovely staff who chat to you in basic English. I'd stay here again!

Great for a night or 2. I stayed in the private room and it was comfortable and warm enough. Bare minimum room facilities. The steps are super steep to the room and the shared toilets are a bit out of the way. Lovely lovely staff. Bit of a walk into town but that's what travelling is about, walking! Super close to the JR line which I was pleased with my backpack.

Everything you need and want in a hostel. Not a party hostel. Great breakfast. Comfortable, warm beds. Helpful, friendly staff. Good location. All the wall paintings are fantastic.

Its clean, has comfy beds and really helpful friendly staff. Good location. Bit noisy at times from the street outside. Lola the cat is hilarious and crazy. Stayed here twice in between trips.

Backpackers Hostel Salta

The best part are the towels, big and fresh.. and the staff are reasonably friendly, thats about it. Just a typical party (noisy) hostel. Long walk from the centre with not much around it, no shops nearby. We'd stayed at a better hostel but had to unfortunately change due to availability. Funniest is a sign saying they serve the best breakfast.. Nope, just bread and coffee/tea and sugary juice. Could say a few more complaints... Meh.

Really clean room and bathroom. Comfy bed, three pillows!! Gorgeous inside. Has a rooftop terrace. Breakfast was good, fresh croissants but dodgy milk, kitchen OK. Easy and good location, bit noisy at night though (being Buenos Aires).. All staff were really friendly and helpful. Thanks.

We enjoyed our two night stay. Beds were really comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. Nice, funky, clean, new and modern. Breakfast is good. And a nice quiet area, walked into town and bus stops are close.

Awesome staff, really informative. Great bar man, Pedro. Good location. Beds were our issue, plastic mattress on spring is way tooooo noisy even if someone slightly moved.
