Universal Traveller's Lodge Hostel

The hostel is runed by the manager (not often present) and volunteers travellers which he hosts in exchange. This create some chaos because no one know exactly how it works... my booking was not registred, the price of the room changed (it was Easter, but no one told me), the homemade scones were nearly uneatable (because the "staff" was it is first attempt to make them). The living room laks, like the rest of hotel, of light and is very cold and empty.

Owner Comment (Hide)
I'm very sorry you did not enjoy your experience at our hostel. In general, the hostel is kept quite warm (25°C - 75°F). And people should expect a warm stay. Unfortunately, you had decided to extend your stay at at the last moment, during Semana Santa the busiest week in Bariloche and the so we had to charge the current price. If you had expressed your concerns I would have done my best to address them. -Ruben
