Relativelly good place to stay. The thing we enjoyed the most was the front desk Staff. Things to improve: internet wi-fi connection. Free internet was bad. We paid 8€ for three days with a better service, but there wasn't a big difference. It was unstable the connection. Washroom was cleaned but there was a smell no good in it. Finally, when asked for printing off two pappers, we were told that there was an extra charge for this. It could be an attention for clients.

Great place to stay! Very close to a subway (tube) station which is very useful in London. There are good places to eat and to buy souvenirs very close to the hotel. My only concern would be that the main door opens automatically, and it could be a focus for having safety issues. There was an extra charge because we were using credit card from outside UK to pay. This was minimal, but this was the only place where this happened.

We had a great time at this place. Things to improve are just a few, but we want to let you know about them so you can do better. First, there isn't an elevator. We were able to deal with this fact, but for senior people it may be a problem. Same if people is carrying big luggages like we. Other thing was that breakfast were served in the main hotel and we were staying in a good place close to it. There was a Tax we had to pay at the end of our stay (3€/person/night). It wasn't mentioned on add.

Lorenzo, the person in charge of this place is great. He was all the asking if we need anything and provided us with great information related to what to do during our stay in Rome and how.
