There was some damp in the room that we stayed in. The breakfast was good, eggs are provided for guests to cook, apples and cake were also provided for breakfast. The kitchen area was a good size, but it would be good to have a bigger indoor common room with sofas (probably only useful during the cold seasons though).

There are signs everywhere saying that guests cannot use any facilities after check out which are very unfriendly. I have stayed in many hostels in South America now (I have been travelling for 3 months now) and all other hostels that I have stayed at have let guests continue to use their facilities on the day of check out after check out. This is particularly useful if you have a bus late in the day.
