A really unique hostel with a laid-back atmosphere, and is an awesome place to stay for backpackers/surfers visiting Pichilemu alone or with friends. A few things to be aware of - you'll either need a car to get there or a taxi; it's 15+ min drive into the main parts of Pichilemu (surf schools, restaurants,) but the owner can and will gladly drive you there as needed; it isn't the cleanest outfit but has great vibes and is on the beach; and there are 2 cats who live in the shared living room.

A party hostel - nothing more, nothing less. You will have fun, but you might choose to make the 5-night minimum booking and leave right after the full moon party. 40-person dorms was a bit much. Expect loud music to be blasting from morning until the middle of the night.

This place does a decent job of providing a clean hostel room. However, it is located in a building called the Chungking Mansions that is a very unpleasant flea-market for aggressive hecklers. The building and its surrounding area also has a big problem with the number of dealers who will approach tourists to sell their goods. Definitely, definitely stay on HK island if possible. Also, the first night we arrived, they were overbooked and placed in another hostel down the street. Inconvenient.
Thanks for your review. We apologize for the overbooking but it was due a group of guests deciding to extend their stay without any prior notice and they had left the rooms so we could not vacate their items without their permission. We wish you all the best and hope you will allow us to serve you again.
