Clean hostel with comfortable beds. Breakfast was really nice. Lacking in social atmosphere and no bar (happy hour stated but only to buy beers at reception). Only 3 toilets in the whole hostel (bad if you’re ill!) Considering the price of the rooms was annoying to be kept up by a very loud group until 02:30am -the walls were thin and the reception staff failed to help me quieten them.

Spacious communal areas, clean and comfortable rooms, and decent bathroom facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was delicious with 3 options. Lots of social events during the week and staff get involved which is good fun. The 10 bed was a little cramped and one window had no curtain, so was bright in the mornings. However all in all a great hostel experience in a central area of town.

A quiet and peaceful hostel with very clean facilities and a relaxed atmosphere. Showers were hot and good quality. Staff were very accommodating with extensions, adding people to bookings, etc and gave good advice for local restaurants, shops etc when asked. The perfect place for a rest especially before/after a big hike!

Fun and sociable hostel with very helpful and welcoming staff. Good range of activities and shuttles on offer and freedom to return to book/ ask more questions even when not staying at the hostel. The rooms were pretty cramped and loud and the bathrooms weren’t the best but overall a great hostel experience if you’re looking for a social scene. Thanks!

Clean, nicely equipped hostel with comfy beds with good air conditioning and private space (with curtain, light etc). Plenty of bathrooms to go round. Small pool good for dipping your feet in but not swimming. Good selection of food and drink at the bar.

This hostel was good value for money compared with others in such a central area. Great location for the Jewish quarter / ruin bars, and also the old town. There was a bar with fairly cheap drinks which closed early (around 10.30). Kitchen was functional enough but not very tidy / clean, and fridges kept being left open due to a faulty seal. Rooms were comfortable and a fan was provided. Overall a good stay for the price

Art Hole had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Prague. The staff had lots of useful advice on how to best enjoy the city and were very friendly. Free breakfasts and hot drinks made this even better value for money, the kitchen facilities were great and the cheap hostel dinners organised each evening were good for travellers looking to meet new people. Thanks for a great stay!

Sandino was different to any hostel we've been to before, giving us a unique and unforgettable trip to Berlin. The host was very welcoming and the atmosphere was peaceful and friendly. The rooms were bright, quiet and comfy with a great communal space downstairs for cooking and chilling. Transport was easy (a 3 min walk to the nearest tram stop taking you to the centre). We had an amazing stay - thank you!

Lovely staff - owned by a family who were really helpful, even given a lift to our next stop (Split) from the daughter's boyfriend as he was heading there already! Would happily stay here again. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere, kept very clean. Thank you!!

Very good location and a good atmosphere, but the cleanliness was pretty shocking. Toilet paper bins were left for days without being emptied and one cubicle had sick on the floor for over 24 hours. Cleaning of the rooms, from what we saw, was simply emtying the bin (as you have to apply and remove the sheets yourself). Shower curtains were randomly removed half way through our stay. Still, a good price and decent location.

Very average hostel. Staff were not helpful and seemed uninterested. We arrived from a gruelling night bus at 7am and were told we couldn't check in until 2pm - ended up sleeping in the hallway!
Dear guest, I found your review unfair, check in fisrt start at 13.30, then we were fully book, we did have a lot work to do to get clean the rooms... however we did your cehck in a 12.30, and you ve booked a room of 12 beds mixed upgrade to a double bed rooms for the same price, what else do you want for 10.50 per night! Nice outdoor chill out area for cooking and socialising. Quite a small building and we (12 bed dorm) were actually located outside of the building, round the corner which was a shame. The toilet smelled very bad (I think drainage problems). Staff were friendly and helpful, they let you bring alcohol from outside which was nice.

Very enjoyable stay, I would definitely recommend the hostel. Lots of activities to get involved in and a vibrant and social bar in the evenings.

A very enjoyable stay, great atmosphere with lots going on and a decent breakfast. Thank you! (only disappointment was the empty pool!!!)
Thanks a lot for your review. The pool was empty because of the winter time. Normally nobody wants to use it when its cold outside. We are happy that you liked our hostel and the breakfast.

Very out of the way so pretty quiet while we were there - although very nice to have eggs cooked for us at breakfast before our trip to the islands. The double room was really nice but the dorm room beds were pretty uncomfortable. Mixed opinions!

Not many people around - not a party hostel but had a more friendly, chilled atmosphere. Comfy beds. Good value for money

Very friendly hosts who were eager to help (although little English spoken so had to make do with my below average Spanish!). Breakfast was cooked at whtever time we wanted (each guest was catered for seperately and the food on offer was lovely - including a choice of scrambled eggs or banana, granola and yoghurt.) Location was on a slightly dingey back street and not sign posted outside so took us a while to find. However overall a very pleasant stay.

A very enjoyable stay. Wouldn't recommend to someone looking for a place to rest an recuperate (difficult to sleep before midnight due to noise of traffic and bar) but great to socialise and have fun in a capital city. All but one of the staff were very friendly and gave the place a great atmosphere.
