Its far from the city but ok by Metro. They had an overbooking so one day we came back at night and found other people in our beds. All staff was very friendly but we had to talk to three staff people to find one that was actually able to do something about the situation. We got a better room then. One thing that is really bad is the guest kitchen, there was food in the fridge that was a month due. In general good if you look for a hotel-like accommodation, no hostel feeling.
The walls were pretty thin, so you didn't just hear the people in your room but also from the room next door. Its quite central and the garden is nice. An average hostel basically, nothing was especially good or bad.
Best hostel ever! The hosts and staff are super nice and give good insider tipps. The hostel is in walkable distance to the city centre in an international area, with lots of different cheap and good food! In the hostel there is everything you need, and it's very clean!
Really cute b&b! The rooms are nice and cozy. You just had to climb up a ladder to the bathroom, we thought this is fun, but others might have problems with that. The breakfast is also very good!
Excellent Hostel, also a really beautiful city! The staff was really nice they also helped us with our further travel plans, as they know the area. Good buffet breakfast. Just a little bit noisy, when big cars and busses pass the host it kinda shakes,
Basically a nice hotel, next to the midi station. Easily walkable to the city centre. The bathroom was new and very clean. We just didn't had any possibility to cool down the room or get fresh air. There was a heat wave before and although outside there were max 22 degrees we had about 30 in the room. Too hot to sleep.
The staff had not really an idea which beds were free, but cleaned them right away as one was still not made at midnight. Not enough plugs to charge phones and by far too less bathrooms. Shower and toilet always together, so you sometimes have to wait for people finishing their showers quite a ling time. But you get what you expect for 8£ in that area. It would not cost a lot to make it look friendlier.
Staff speaks better Spanish than English, so sometimes the communication was difficult, but they were lovely and tried to understand. The breakfast is very basic, but it's totally ok for the prize, we have not tried dinner, because we did not want to go back at that time. The area, Belsize gardens is absolutely beautiful with typical London houses. for 12£ absolutely worth it, just don't expect too much!
really small and cute hostel, the owners were really nice and gave us a lot of information about the city and maps. Kitchen is nice and everything necessary is there. It is not the Hilton, of course, . We walked always into the city centre, it is not too far. and the beds were really comfortable! I would definitely recommend it!
