Looks exactly like the pictures. The rooms are beautiful but bathrooms a bit run down although everything works well. Location was really good. Everything we needed was within walking distance including the monkey forest. Breakfast was good nothing fancy. Staff we very friendly and helpful when we needed it. Would definitely stay here again and recommend

Staff was beyond amazing and helped with anything you needed. Wifi connection was bad except in the lobby. At least a 30 min walk to ark bar and green mango but everything such as restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within 5 minutes. would definitely stay here again and recommend

Location was good close to the Sunday market and night market. Breakfast was a choice from a menu which was really good. Pool was somewhat clean and right in front of the hostel. The room was clean but the shower didn't work. No wifi in the rooms only lobby. The front desk staff were not helpful at all. Tried to make us pay to call a taxi for the airport but I refused. They had no clue what was close by for us to do and didn't try and help. Wouldn't stay here again.

Located in a good area with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Across the street from the river. Staff were less than helpful and we felt like they were ripping us off and we were annoying them when we asked for help. Free breakfast was okay off of a menu. We had a Western style bathroom but it was very dirty. Room had no window but was very spacious. Possible blood on the wall and other stains everywhere.

Room was huge. We had two queen size beds and private western style bathroom. The whole hostel was very clean. Free breakfast was delicious, good choices and free coffee/tea/fruit all day. Location was great lots of shopping and lake within 10 minutes. Zoom was fantastic. He helped us book tours, bus tickets and went above and beyond to make our stay good. Would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone and would come back to stay again

Looks like pictures and is down a tiny side street. Subway station, shopping, restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk. Stayed in a triple room that was very basic. Rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures and are more run down. We left a/c on and it dripped constantly. Sounded like a jack hammer when on the high setting. Bathroom has no separate shower. It was very cramped and gross. Staff Sally was amazing. There is no free dumpling party or food as mentioned on hostelworld.
