Excellent staff! Room is ok but location and staff make it well worth it.

Very clean. Real duvets (not just a sheet like everywhere else in Thailand). Could hear some noise from the street but didn't bother me. I did find the directions listed here to be confusing. Do not go to the Boots ON Khao San road. Find the Boots on the street at the end of Khao San. The map is correct. Friendly staff who easily arranged a mini bus to airport for me (150 baht/person).

Amazing staff and great location (easy to get to/from airport on public transportation). I only stayed one night but would stay there again.

The guys working here must be the friendliest people in Istanbul! Very helpful. There are indeed felines here but not that many (and I think they're only in the common area) so don't worry about the rooms smelling or anything. Great breakfast but the shower did have problems. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Close to public transportation too.

Great breakfast. HOT shower (very pleasantly surprised). It was a chilly night but there were plenty of blankets and I slept great. Staff organized a tour for us too. Spotty internet but you're not really there for that anyway, right?

We booked rooms in the dorm but since they were overbooked got upgraded to a private room. The bathroom in the Almond Tree room has noisy pipes but the bed was super comfy. There was also quite a bit of noise behind the hostel (construction, I think?) but it didn't bother me. Several members of staff were absolutely amazing! A few were not very helpful but that may have been language barrier more than anything. Great breakfast.
