Biggest issue was probably the staff. Some where nice but others were unfriendly. One guy complained about his job the whole time and was defensive/rude to customers. He should probably not work in hospitality field. Also cleared breakfast before it was over. Place was pretty dirty. The cleaner was too focused to find a good song on his iPod than his cleaning. Bar but no kitchen or lounge area. Triple bed is a bad idea. Good if you just need a place to sleep. Located close to tube.

Got there on the evening, the only staff member there couldn't speak any English. Room was stuffy and a little smelly. Kitchen was small and nice. Was fairy clean but rooms could be better. For me it was a just a place to sleep for 1 night, so it was okay.

Only con: location was pretty far away but is accessible by metro and tram. Staff was great, although I checked in really late and the receptionist talked a lot and took a long time with the check in. All of the staff super friendly. The basement bar was great. Fun atmosphere but not a big obnoxious party hostel. Rooms were nice and comfy. Would recommend to everyone!!

Great hostel, especially for the price! large rooms, clean, hospitable staff, functioning kitchen and nice areas to hang out in, provide lockers and locks for you. Bathrooms were not the cleanest, but hey its a hostel. great atmosphere and a good place to meet people but still quiet enough to get some sleep!
