Remembering this is one of the cheapest hostel in Cartagena: Comfy beds, enough room for your stuff, A/C, good common area, small lockers, kitchen, clean bathrooms and wifi. The staff are AMAZING! They are hilarious and make you feel at home. There's a great little balcony to watch the world go by. Excellent location, close to bars and restaurants and a 10 min ride to the beach. Only negatives: the wifi isn't good & the kitchen needs a few more utensils added but I highly recommend this place!

Perfect hostel! Location is great, close to everything but on a quiet street. Best bunk beds in South America, built in & with stairs. Rooms and bathrooms are big and always clean. Common area is great and the kitchen is very well equipped. The bar is great and the staff are SO helpful. Bikes for hire, computers to use, good wifi and free towels. This place is more like a hotel than hostel. Would highly recommend!

Party hostel full of teenagers to early twenties getting as drunk as possible... so if that's what you want this hostel is great. Good sized rooms, lockers, good common areas, nice pool and bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff are super helpful and friendly. We weren't fans of the constant kid parties so we changed hostel but that's obviously our personal choice :) the location is bad, 15-20 mins taxi to the beach/centre which costs 10,000-15,000 each way. Get a room with air con!

Overall the hostel is good. The staff are great, beds are comfy, lockers available, towels free, and good common areas. The location isn't good. Very far away from all other hostels in town and the good bar/social area. It is close to supermarkets and restaurants though... And the metro. The bathroom aren't cleaned often enough, overflowing bins and no toilet paper for the majority of the day. The wifi is excellent and the kitchen facilities are good too.

Great hostel just a little out of the centre of town. Fantastic staff, very helpful with everything. The hostel has a cool outdoor area and a big kitchen. A nice small hostel so it feels like home. Thanks Angiel & staff for all your help :)

Big hostel in a good location. Easy to get to everything. Massive common room/bar/reception area which is always busy so it's great for solo travelers. You pay for the breakfast but it's fantastic. Staff are friendly. Beds are comfy and rooms are big. Just need lockers in rooms and it would be the perfect hostel.

Great hostel. Comfy beds with lockers, lights and power outlets at each bed. Good common room and very friendly and helpful staff. I fell very ill the day I had to change rooms. Instead of waiting until 2pm the staff allowed me into a room early and upgraded me to an ensuite dorm to make me feel more comfortable given I was sick

Frankfurt Hostel

Location good for main train station but not close to the town centre. The rooms are sort on space and the bathrooms are always very dirty. Security in the hostel is great, as is the breakfast, and the bar/reception area is nice. Only a few of the staff members are happy and helpful, the others can be quite rude and clearly do not want to be there. Overall the hostel is good for a stop over or for those who aren't too fussy.

Hostel is good, has big dorms with comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Curtain, power outlets and lights on each bed which is good. Breakfast is above average, common area is great. Most of the staff are helpful but there are a couple who aren't really willing to help which is a shame as the others were amazing! The kitchen is good but it's hard to make your own breakfast

Fantastic hostel. Secure lockers, clean rooms, big bathroom, light, power outlet and curtains at each bed. Beautiful roof top bar/terrace which is where you also have breakfast. The staff are SO friendly and helpful, they helped me numerous times including walking me to the travel agents office when I couldn't find my way. Location is fabulous, very close to blue mosque. Stayed 3 nights and had a blast. The staff, and owners (George, his parents and family) are the best. The pool/bar area is always busy with music and cheap food and drinks (shots for just 1.5 euro). They bend over backwards to pick you up and drop you off at the port. The rooms are good, clean and have balconies. The beds are a bit hard but not the worst I've slept on. Right on the beach

Free dinner, drink on arrival, clean rooms, good common room, cheap drinks at the bar and great location. The staff are not so friendly, the drink prices changed depending who served us and when pointing this out they seemed to not care. Beware of paying to have your washing done there, clothes I had washed at all different laundromats through Europe and came out fine seemed to be completely ruined somehow by their machines. Again, the staff were rude and didn't care.

We stayed when there were a lot of kids around 14-15yrs old which killed the vibe a bit as they often took up the entire common room. Breakfast is only until 930.

Best hostel in Seville and all of Spain. The owners are so helpful and remember everyone's name. The family dinner every night (for only 6€) is great and makes it very easy to meet people. Rooms are super clean and modern. The free walking tours are a must. Free breakfast every morning is great. I made so many new friends and had the time of my life. Already booked another stay on my way back through! Highly recommended!
