Internet is best on the stairwell but only when the power was on. Two days the power went out both days from morning until early evening but it's ok. Could have been cleaner room with cleaning products, and clean mirror but was good to have own bathroom and you get what you pay for. Nice quiet room, great sleep. Owner is very hospitable and friendly. Would recommend to a friend who is looking for a quiet stay in a busy town.

It's like being at home. Run by a lovely family that speaks English. Breakfast on the rooftop away from the heaving centre is perfect there. You must enjoy a home made chai tea on the roof top. It's very close to anything else you need - grocery shop, cheap and exquisite tourist gifts. Fair prices for accommodation. Nice and quiet rooms with a view of one of the beautiful mountains with a temple on top. Very clean and safe. Internet is best around reception area;you can sit in reception.

no lock up, doors to private rooms don't lock, you'll have to lock your bags when you go out or just take your valuables with you. it's not bad though, good place to sleep and rest if that's all you want to do.

Lovely couple working this hostel, owner speaks great English. We kept our bags there while we did Machu Picchu. Friendly workers, breakfast was a comfort away from home, nice teas to choose from. We stayed an extra two nights because we got sick and it wasn't a problem. Great location, cross the road to one of the funkier places, San Blas square and at night especially in the weekends, it works a treat with the hostel that's a short walk away and you can't hear any loud noises! Great place!

great staff, really loved the youths at reception. Bring the correct cash for your stay, and don't expect too much from the facilities and you will be fine.
