Very helpful staff, nice location, decent breakfast, good facilities, clean and well-maintained property. Bun cha opposite the hostel is worth a try

Everything was perfect. Great breakfast, comfortable bed, very friendly & helpful staff, impeccable cleanliness, wonderful common area and located 5 min from the main station Getting an upgrade to a single room was the icing on the cake

Spent only a night here. Great location...Dam Square, Old Church etc nearby as well as lots of eating options. Staff (esp Fiona) was very nice and helpful. The 12 bed dorm was decently large and the lockers were big enough. All beds had a charging point and light. The room and ensuite bathroom/toilet were clean. There's a pub on the ground floor...didn't get a chance to check out other facilities.

Best thing about the place is they give a duvet (which hostels in Iceland don't usually provide). Location is decent but there are hostels closer to town centre. The 10 bed dorm was nice and clean. Decently large lockers, charging point & light with every bed. The night light was a very useful touch since I had to leave at 3 in the night. Room also had a sink. The kitchen and shared showers/toilets were ok. Didn't get a chance to check the facilities since I was there for only 1 night

Great location and atmosphere. Helpful staff. The bar is really popular with locals - it has live music from time to time and has some good beer. My 10 bed dorm was clean. There were enough charging points in the room though many weren't very accessible. One negative was that my dorm was on the ground floor close to the bar so the common toilets were shared with bar customers. Also, the room didn't have lockers (Iceland is very safe so not an issue mostly)

Awesome location and staff. Nice bar on ground floor. Room was nice and clean with charging point and light with every bed. The locker was quite small though. Stayed only a night so didn't use any facilities.

Location is too far out of the way....need to use the bus to get downtown. Hardly any eatouts nearby, supermarkets close early. Only plus is Iceland's largest swimming pool complex is next door - definitely worth a try. Staff was very helpful, especially in coordinating with the airline for delivering my lost (& subsequently found) luggage. Room was decent as were common showers/toilets. Charging point and reading light but no lockers. Hostel had some activities every day (movie screening etc).

Among the best hostels I have stayed at. My 4 bed dorm with ensuite bathroom was clean and comfortable. Charging points, big locker Great location - 2 min from tram stop, 5 min from S&U Bahn stations. Next to couple of clubs and a supermarket. Lot of nice eateries in walking distance. Bar/restaurant was good and screened CL final on a big screen. It even has u/g swimming pool and steam room! Staff super helpful and nice - special mention Karolina who also guided some of us on a flea market trip.

Only stayed one night. The hostel was nice and staff was pleasant. Though the night staff had a little problem with English, the morning staff (Luciana) was quite fluent. Free breakfast was filling and had eggs, fruits and juices. Nice kitchen for personal use also. Only problem was that it was a long walk from the nearest metro station with lots of slopes

Horrible staff at reception (except one lady) - extremely rude and unhelpful. The AC wasn't working one day when we were there and it was very uncomfortable in the summer in Rome without even a fan in the room. The response by the staff was that someone else would come and have a look later..found out that the room below had a similar problem from one night before and hadn't been fixed yet. Fortunately, it started working the next day Lots of hostels in this area - go for any one of those

Wonderful hostel with great staff. The welcoming beer and pasta I got was a pleasant surprise. The 6-bed dorm I was in was spacious and had a clean bathroom. Free breakfast spread was good. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here anytime I visit Milan (only problem is Milan as a city doesn't have much to offer). The nearest metro station (Duomo) is a 10-15 min walk away - would have been nice if it was a little closer.
