It's a home away from home! Momma and the staff are so welcoming and take real good care of you. The atmosphere here was amazing everyone knew each other and was sitting and chatting, swapping stories and tips. As a single traveler I was never alone ( unless I wanted to be) . Food was amazing ! Mommas dinner are a must not just for the food but for the amazing bonding experience between travelers. Met some amazing people here! Clean comfortable but does have some stairs to climb (lift available)

Great location right in the heart of the old city . Great price . Comfortable beds. Only 3 showers and 2 toilets for the whole place. Great kitchen ,really useful if preparing meals. Clean . Lots of stairs ( narrow and steep) so not the best for huge luggage or people with mobility issues. Nice little gathering room with computers and couches. Nice homey feel. Walking distance from the train station. Close to two metro station.

Great location if passing thru London, near the train and tube station. Staff were friendly . Great hot breakfast included . Rooms were clean. Only one outlet in the girls room. Big lockers in room. You have to climb pretty narrow and steep stairs to get to the rooms so wouldn't recommend for those with mobility issues . This hostel caters to all travellers including children. There was a huge school group while I was there .
