Downtown Siem Reap Hostel

Staff were amazing, especially the young couple running it. Very friendly and hospitable. Just changed management so ignore previous managerial comments from three weeks ago and older (if I'm right). BBQ night which was really yummy, they have a pool but locker is at reception. 6 bed dorm was good but only one plug point in the room, but you are in Cambodia! Beds a little squeaky too but overall I'd definitely recommend this place. Good vibe, great for meeting people and excellent location

Dancing Elephant N1 Party Hostel

Security very good considering it's a 40 bed dorm... I would say that 40 people is potentially too many though as you don't get a chance to meet everyone, nevertheless we still enjoyed it. Cleaned a lot and security box at reception. You have boxes under your beds so room is kept quite tidy. Facilities is where it lacked in my opinion, and it was expensive for what it was. good location as well but not enough showers to toilet ratio, although they were clean & larger common room area needed

Stones Bar Dorm Rooms and Restaurant

Koh Phi Phi, Thailand

Accommodation generally on phi phi is quite expensive and not that nice, Stones is definitely one of the best. Small rooms but it's fine, sociable 16 bed dorms and we also stayed in the 4 bed dorms which were nice. Really lovely staff, found our iPhone and gave it back and lady on reception is really helpful. Just ensure you book in advance!! Very honest staff regarding losing keys too- we lost ours but they found it and could've charged us our deposit! Would definitely recommend.

Really nice upstairs bar area and outdoor pool bar, however toilets didn't flush that well and generally smelt a bit funny. Dorms were spacious and the vide was good there. I would stay again but it's quite expensive for what it is and staff could be more polite. We were also over booked but we got put in a bungalow next door so was okay, but it seemed like a regular courance and when we moved in the next day,I then didn't have a locker as there was an extra person in the room!

Kayun Hostel

Good facilities but lock on our dorm door was broke, although our room was opposite reception and guard was on duty most the time. Staff a little rude, we had an incident were we waited for our breakfast for 45 minutes- they hadn't put our order through despite writing it down! Overall okay, would stay again- clean hostel but atmosphere could have been been better.
