Had a lovely stay here, great staff, breakfast and atmosphere. The Dorm is located in a really interesting neighbourhood with great food, bars and coffee. Also conveniently located near tram, train and bus stops. Getting too and from the city centre is not difficult at all and it is very safe at night. The only small suggestion would be to fix the bed in the reading room that had a few nails facing the wrong way on the bed head which could potentially have caused an injury.

The rooftop was a hit however a lot of the rooms are in a separate residential building and the main door to that building was rarely closed.

Really friendly hostel with incredibly informative staff. The hostel was in a great part of Barcelona, nice and close to a lot of Gaudi sites such as La Sagrada Familia, and Casa Batllo. Comfy beds too!

Really well thought out common areas, in particular the kitchen and lounge. Found it a bit difficult to navigate the confusing stairwells and corridors though.

Nice enough hostel with pleasant and helpful staff. Good chill out space too. Perhaps mirrors are needed in the rooms though.
Thank you for leaving us feedback! Great that you enjoyed your stay with us, that we took well care of you and that you took advantage of the chill-out room! We are indeed agreeing with you that more mirrors would be a superb addition and this is exactly what we are going to buy after finishing redecorating our facilities! Next time you stay with us you are in for an amazing surprise! The Bath Team

Very nice facilities and rooms. The only downside was that we were there on a Friday night and unfortunately the place was not happening at all despite them having ample facilities.
hello, thanks for leaving a comment about your stay sorry to hear it didn't happen on friday night In that kind of situation, you could always go dowtown to the city center, where you can find the "grand-place " ( 15 minutes walk ) we'd appreciate your good feedback regards phil

Good vibe at the hostel with a nice common area for socialising. Happy Hour was a fantastic idea as well. An issue of concern was that the front door was left wide open late at night despite all hostel guests having a code for the front door and reception was not 24 hours.

Had an unpleasant experience in the hostel due to another guest bringing a male visitor into the female dorm overnight. Despite this, the hostel is located in a very nice part of Madrid with lovely cafes and shops nearby as well as being very close to Puerta del Sol in one direction and El Parque del Retiro in the other.
Dear, Sorry for what s happennnnn, but sometimes is hard to keep all under controlllll....anyway we do have 24/24 repcetion for any complain or problem..... regards hope to seeeee uuuu sooonnnnn

Location ideal, staff friendly. Lacking a bit of atmosphere. More toilets would be useful as well.

An absolute gem! This hostel was a wonderful place to chill out, with delicious dinners (accommodating different dietary requirements) and a laid back bar. The staff namely Ollie, Sam, Tom and Matt were very knowledgeable and passionate. They have taken the best bits of every hostel and more and made it their own. Such a fantastic place I am sure I will be back.

A pleasant enough stay with lovely staff. The area is however a little shady at night because of its proximity to two major train stations.
We're very pleased to hear you enjoyed a great stay with us and we are especially happy you mentioned the staff as being so kind, they really make our hostel brighter. Thank you for your comments. St Christopher's Inn GDN

As a solo traveller it was hard to meet people in common areas nevertheless it was a comfortable stay. Perhaps too the Sound of Music could be played three times a week instead of two and then most people would be there on one of the nights should they wish to see it. I unfortunately missed seeing it due to this.
Dear Guest, Thank you for the great review of our hotel! We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again very soon. Sincerely, the MEININGER-Team Salzbug

The courtyard provided a lovely opportunity for guests to meet and relax and was therefore a definite highlight. The downside was that the beds were so short that you were unable to sit on them comfortably.

Olga and Anna went above and beyond to help everyone have the best time possible and I certainly did. Every night there was the opportunity to go out to all sorts of fantastic places as well as during the day with the excellent recommendations of Olga and Anna.

The staff at this hostel were phenomenal. There were activities organised daily that you had the option of participating in which was a great way to meet people and see the sights of Prague. The free dinner was also awesome! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Everything was fabulous apart from the intermittent wifi and the fact that there were no lockers in the room. However I was able to leave my valuables at reception.

The hostel had all the necessary amenities however due to the large number of tour buses that stayed at the hostel it was difficult to meet other travellers.
