Overall pretty good hostel. Pretty good location and the included breakfast was a really nice touch. Lovely staff too :) The curtains for the bed cubes are held up with thumb tacks. When you're getting in and out of bed during the night these have a tendancy to fall out. Then you've got thumbtacks in your bed. So you have to turn on the light and spend a few minutes looking for them.. constantly. The rooms are way way too hot at night. I had the covers off and i was sweating all night.

Great hostel right next to Namba, so nights out are super convenient. The beds are capsule style with privacy curtains, but noise travels pretty far in the rooms. The lockers especially are VERY noisy in the rooms though, when somebody opens theirs, everyone can hear it. Other than the noisy rooms, everything about the hostel is great

Awesome resort in the north of the island. Their facilities and dive shop are great! A special shout out to the staff, who made the stay incredible. Christine, Ronel, Cleng, and the girls in the restaurant did such an awesome job looking after us at all times and they really turned a great stay into an awesome one!

There were only a block of tiny lockers. Only some of which had keys, and of those few, only a couple actually worked. So security here was out of the question. The hostel, while it doesn't have a bar per se. There is a party vibe there, and if you are looking for a quieter hostel. I'd suggest elsewhere.

Nice and quiet hostel. Close to the main road so there's no trouble finding good food in the evening. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And the organised trips are great! Nice common area for meeting other travellers! Which is always a big plus

The rooms desperately need A/C. Staying there in the middle of summer was unbearable! Other than the blisteringly hot rooms. The rest of the hostel was great.

A bit small and hidden away. Not much of an atmosphere. But a good night's sleep and awesome staff!

Incredible hostel. I stayed during a storm so got no beach time. But I still had an amazing time hanging out in the bar area. Nick, Neal, and Patrick are fantastic. Those guys know how to run a relaxed hostel! The food Is awesome here too!

Pretty good hostel in the middle of long beach. Open air rooms with no air con, but each bed has a fan and mosquito net, so it's not the end of the world. My bed was pretty hard, I don't have a problem with this but others might. Breakfast was pretty good. Right next to a beach resort. So it's a 2 min walk from the hostel to the sea which is brilliant.

Great hostel in the middle of old town. Nice bar. Not too wild but great vibe!
Hi buddy, We really appreciate your review and so happy to know you had a great time at our place, enjoyed the location, bar... The party could be harder but we worrying about it make noisy for hostel and also we want to save a bit for the pub crawl ;). Take care and safe travel mate!

Party hostel. Good if you enjoy that. But if you don't you have to walk through the bar to get to your room and it can be a struggle! The one star for cleanliness if because all of our group fell I'll from food poisoning! I'm still suffering 2 days later! Only case of food poisoning in my 4 months of travel thus far

Had a great stay and made some good friends. Common room is perfect size for Socialising. The staff are fun, but not very helpful. And this hostel desperately needs more toilets and showers. If you're chilling on the rooftop. You have to descend 8 flights of stairs or use the elevator just to use the restroom!

Great hostel. Really enjoyed experiencing the capsule bed! It really dosent feel like you're in a 20 person dorm. The common room was a bit too large though, so wasn't the greatest atmosphere to meet new people as everyone was sat so far apart.

Fantastic hostel in the middle of asakusa. The staff are brilliant Incredibly friendly and happy to help. The common room is great for meeting people. And the beds are super comfy! Everything you could ask for from aa hostel! The only downside is the location. Asakusa seems to close down very early. So if you want to go somewhere more lively for a night out you need to take the Subway. Can be a bit inconvenient since the Subway closes at 23:00. Other than that it's a brilliant place to stay

This is the absolute best hostel I have ever stayed in. It's so welcoming and friendly it feels like being at home. Sunny and Kim made the stay incredible. Sunny went out of her way to help me organise my JR pass for visiting Japan after my trip to south Korea, I couldn't belive how far she went to help me! The hostel itself is in an incredible area, walking distance to Hongdae, but far enough away so you can't hear the nightlife. Loved it!will be coming back here if I'm in Seoul again!
Thank you so much for the good review! We are glad to know that you had a great time. It was our pleasure helping you on your trip to Japan. We are happy to have you as a guest at our hostel! :)

I enjoyed my stay at te hostel, and if coming back to Chengdu will probably stay here again. However, I do not appreciate bing asked to leave a 100% review when checking out. I feel this is inappropriate and defeats te entire point of reviewing.
Hi, really glad to seeing your review, we will do our best to make us better.Hope you come again, by the way, have a good journey:)

We paid £70ish per night, This is far too much for the distance to the town center, and the facilities provided. Especially after we paid £35 for the third night in the Flying Pig. Which was amazing
Hi, Thanks for your stay! You stayed on a busy Holiday and weekend and our location and price is clear before you book and we are in the city centre. The 3rd night we were actually cheaper as it is a sunday. We hope you still enjoyed Amsterdam! KInd regards, Cosmos staff
