The staff was kind and very helpful, but our room was crowded with a table and three beds that blocked the way out to the balcony, and the toilet and shower are in a weird setup. Location is nice, at the heart of the old city.

pros: good location near the subway station, helpful staff, nice and clean facilities, one of the best beds I had in China. Cons: there's no real common room, so apart from the people in my dorm, it was hard to mingle. THERE IS NO DUMPLING PARTY!!! There are no direction given when you book it. Search it on Google maps. Overall very nice place. I had a great time.

Facilities are not great. Only 3 bathrooms for the entire place (and one wasn't working when i get there). The place is kind of falling apart. And Guangzhou itself is rather boring.

The place is basically an apartment rather than a Hostel. Rooms and bed are small, and there's not a lot of room to store your luggage. Also, there's no staff at the apartment, so there's no one to ask for guidance or assistance. Overall it's ok, but I wouldn't come back

Overall a nice place, with good location. There's not really any staff that can help you get around, but they help in what they can. The atmosphere is a bit remote and the common room was usually empty.

Old place, not very clean. In terms of atmosphere, it's kind of hard to say since I was the only one there... directions to the place were not clear, therefore I had to do some navigating and bus research to get there....

Good place, but has numerous buildings, so to get from the dorms to the reception you have to get out and walk around a bit. Overall it was nice.

Well, you get what you pay for, and this is the cheapest place in Tokyo, so do the math.

It has breakfast so it's a good deal, but sometimes staff can't speak English, and the location is a walking distance from the main shijo area, but a long walk.

The place is on a mountain, it was a bit tricky to find, and somewhat of an uphill trek to get there.

This is a good budget option. Be advised that rooms are small, and come with a Japanese bed.

Great place, very close to the miyajima ferry port. Staff and guests were great. Unfortunately I had to leave Hiroshima because of the typhoon, otherwise I would definitely enjoy staying a bit more.

Location is good, right near Caoyang Lu metro station, but the atmosphere is not that friendly. Also the bar and restaurant are expensive, even when compared to Shanghai.

Some of the staff wasn't so nice... Mama naxi herself is amazing! Gives out food all the time. Wifi has some problems.

Great hostel, with good people running it. Easy to get to from the airport. Showers and toilets are one level above other hostels.
