Basic place in lively neighborhood, downtown. Stayed there only one night. Bed is ok, 8 dorm very warm and noisy above reception. Wifi is good for Birmees standard. Left before breakfast.

Small packed hostel with excellent staff! Lively area and good connections to public transport. Aircon works well, basic breakfast is ok to start the day with. Nice front seat outside. Only 4 showers and toilets (combined) for whole hostel isnt enough. Recommend this place
Thank you so much for your feedback. Hope to see you again.

Small packed hostel with friendly staff. Rooms are small with comfortable bunk beds and lockers. Shower isnt hot but its not needed in the heat. Not close to "the city" but with Subway station on 100 mtrs.

Nice hostel with great pool and chill area on rooftop. Food is great and nicely priced. We stayed in dorm behind the reception in bunk at the window which is noisy with people talking "outside" in front of reception, but we had a good stay.

Moderate hostel. Staff is friendly but there is, due to the interior space, not a cosy atmosphere. Breakfast is ok. We had a double with a fan but in that room without daylight the heat was unbearable. Turning on the A-C costs 2,50 USD per person. Which makes the room overpriced for its facilities.

Good hotel. Friendly staff/owner and his family. Its not a hostel and there is no actual bar or community area, so its packing an atmosphere atm. Maybe due to low season. But value for money and would stay again.

Location is great and thats the biggest value of this hostel. Due to its build there is not much hostel atmosphere. The premise needs some maintenance especially on the sewer. Most of the time there is a scent in the staircases and the bathrooms. The night guard sleeps next to the door and doesn't wake up as you walk in at night and there isn't much control of people walking in and out. But doors of rooms are closed and locker is provided. Breakfast and drinks are good, wifi is really bad.

Its a hotel!!! A hotel with a hostel vibe and hostel facilities! Fantastic place. We had a very clean, spacious double room with airco and clean towels every day. Lounge area is nice with great rooftop terrace. Kitchen is really good with variety in their menu. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommended to every Guilin traveller!!

Nice small cozy hostel. Very friendly and helpfull staff with information about city and activities. Hostel is noisy, not only because everything is from wood and walls are thin but also due to the guests. There is only one shower which means lining up in the morning.

Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night. Really nice and helpful staff and a place with a nice atmosphere and good facilities. Breakfast is cheap and good. Would stay again.

We stayed, having a private room, in a separate building, on 250 mtrs away from the main hostel building. The gardens around the premises are lush and well maintained and taking a bath on the edge is an amazing to do. Staff is friendly and facilities are clean. We think that it's a bit overpriced but we had a good stay overall.

Unbelievable that Jennie and her staff didnt get a review earlier because thats what she deserves. Only open for a month now and the place is great. Staff is lovely, room spacious, beds ok, storage; shelfs and or lockers, need some maintanance and its freshly painted and decorated. Amazing balcony in the front overseeing the lively street. Breakfast is basic but fresh, so yeah... Nice stay with good value for money. Would stay again.

Great hostel with good vibes and good facilities. Little bit noisy from the street as well as from inside. But never annoying. Showers are hot and breakfast is basic but good. Absolutely value for money Anne would stay again.

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean hostel. Very friendly staff, lush garden, nice pool and sun terrace and good communal kitchen with all facilities. Nice pancakes for free everyday at 3 pm. The only "neg" thing are the prices of the restaurant. They are to expensive for a hostel and not competitive with food which is easy to get nearby. But staff is so nice that you wished they had more to do and cook for the guests with there warm smile!! Certainly a hostel to recommend!
Thanks so very much for such a lovely review. We are thrilled - You have made our day! With best wishes, Elissa Manager

Hostels in Boston are ridiculous expensive, so price wise its value for money but when it comes to facilities its average. Large, but atmosphere less, hostel with spacious clean dorms, enough showers but tiny little kitchen in a dead area...close to metro stop and a friendly shuttle service from the hostel. Wifi is good and breakfast ok. Staff is nice.

Great place, great staff, good facilities and spacious dorm for 10 on the roof. Kitchen facilities are good with a supermarket around the corner. Nice pool and hangout....stayed 3 days and hardly went out!

If this place would offer breakfast, lunch and dinner....you would never go out!!! Staff is amazing, like family and the hostel is nicely laid back with a spacious community area and hidden places on the balcony in front and hammocks in the back! Definitely recommend it.

Average hostel with 8 beds in a small room which is next to community area where people smoke pot inside. So dorm and even ur towel stinks, besides that; only two bathrooms. Said that, atmosphere is good if you don't mind people go out at night and when coming back keep on chilling in reception area, which makes it noisy at night. Kitchen has good facilities and staff is friendly and helpfull

Nice hostel, 5 minutes walking from town center, with a very friendly and laid back owner. Facilities are clean and kitchen is well equipped. Roofterrace is nice but needs more furniture and decoration which is in the process of maintenance. Absolutely value for money

To many people on a small amount of square meters. 6 beds in small dorm where it was to hot at night while with door open smoke from community area comes in. Bed is ok. Only 2 bathrooms and average kitchen facilities. The hostel dog is friendly and cute, but was really disappointed to see her water bowl completely dry on a 35degree day. The owner didn't seem to care when approached about it. Area is great with lot of bars and restaurants. Metro station is on 5 min walking

Good spacious hostel. We arrived at 10.30 and the guy at reception made us a meal!!! Spacious dorms with lockers and many bathrooms which are very clean. Breakfast is good in facilitated kitchen with large table for nice encounters with other travellers! Would stay again.

Spacious Hostel over 3 floors with good facilities and friendly staff. Wifi is very instabel which is source for frustration for the staff too. Had a good hostel dinner and there is coffee and tea for free. Only negative thing is the "lack" of privacy. Stayed at 3rd floor and rooms are kind of open at ceiling level or not fitting doors. You can hear the private bathroom use on the whole floor.

Stayed there 3 yrs ago and had a great time then, so decided to go back. The place is completely renovated and done in a nice way. The loft is to basic for me but the rooms are really nice, spacious and big beds. The rooftop with bar, hangouts and sunpool is really great to hangout. Had a lot of fun with the laid back other travelers while its an easy place to make contact. The smoothies are awesome and so the breakfast, salads and pizza's too!

Really value for money. Private double with bathroom for only 18 dollars including good breakfast. Place is clean, beds are comfi and the wifi is good. Staff is friendly and the hostel is basically in center of town. Hardly recommended

Really nice and clean hostel, quiet and with hot showers!! Beds are comfortable in spacious rooms with locker facilities. The kitchen needs improvement, which they are aware of. Staff is friendly and helpful. Do recommend it!

Stayed only one night in a very noisy room, streetside and next to entrance and reception. Matrasses are really old and breakfast is, let's say minimal. Most ciritical about electricity safety, burned plugs, open wires in the bathroom and water coming out of all the holes of the electrical showerhead! So relatively cheap hostel, but found much better for same price in town.

Perfect place, perfect stay. Hostal at a good location, laid back atmosphere, friendly staff and........one of the best hostal brekkies ever! Spacy dorms with comfortable beds and good kitchen and garden facilities. So, highly recommended.

Hostel on a great location and in a interesting building. Unfortunately the only two positive things. The rooms are cold, and while central heating available, they don't put it on. Kitchen has poor facilities and there only 2 showers, but hot ones! Although the price is reasonable, I won't go back.

Good hostel on great location. Unfortunately very noisy. The square in front of hostel is a place where people drink, make music and yell till 4 am every night. Staff tries to stop it, calling police but they don't do anything.....

Good stay in massive hostel which effects atmosphere. Good facilities; bathrooms and kitchens on each floor. Dorms have own fridge and enough store space. Little noise at night from traffic and quiet warm, but ok.

Stayed there 3 months ago but forgot to submit my review. Sorry for that guys because you deserve the 100% score. Great colorful hostel in nice light building with spacious dorms, good kitchen facilities and superb rooftop terrace. Breakfast is good and staff/owners helpful and friendly!!

Had a good stay while lucky with 8 beds, small, dorm with open doors to balcony which was great at night to lower the heat. Breakfast is not that spectacular and kitchen facilities are average. Bathrooms on every floor and small staircase or small historical elevator to get there. Nice bar with good music and friendly staff. Had some nice nights dancing and drinking.

Had a good 2 nights stay. Interesting large building with private rooms on more quiet 2nd floor but in dorms on 1st are very noisy at night with people hanging out in the community area and receptionist who doesn't care. Breakfast (incl in private) is good but no cosy or other nice area to eat it. Kitchen is large with basic facilities. Garden with pool and bar and hostel BBQ is great.

Carlos' hostel is probably the best one I ever stayed in. He is a great host, other staff is super friendly and the place has a great vibe, great facilities and is spotlessly clean. Two kitchens with all facilities, patio, roofterrace and a pool....what else can I say. A deserved 100% satisfaction.

Large hostel on good location. Noisy at night via balconies in the open courtyard from people who hang out in community area on 2nd floor. Annoying. Wall with lockers in that area is ok. Staff is ok. Bathroom facilities need some improvement and can be cleaner.

Perfect!!! Absolutely in my top 3 of hostels i stayed in!. Nice location close to Subway, clean and excellent facilities and great bar with variety of beer and separate café with good coffee and lunch. The breakfast is 5 stars quality; a freshly baked waffle with cream and fresh fruits!! Delicious. The only thing in the only is the fact that the rooms are quiet small for 6 persons and u cant open a window..........but its a minor thing!

Had a great time downtown. There are surely things to improve while the building need some maintenance but the staff is great and the atmosphere is pretty laid back. Nice area on walkable distance of the mall.

Enjoyed my stay in Q4. Clean. Airconditioned and spacious 4 bed dorm with own bathroom. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Will stay there again. They are honest about noise from the subwaytrains which runs frequently close to the hostel. Personally it didnt bother me at all and they provide ear pluggs.
On behalf of all of us here at Q4 we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We strive for excellent customer service and look forward to having you again. Thank you for choosing us!! Diana Gomez-Romero Q4 Management
