Excellent location for the price, small personal lockers were provided, staff was friendly enough. Usually very clean, but other guests were inconsiderate and would make a mess of things. No kitchen. The TV was on for most of the day and at night, which was a bit annoying. Hostel is a converted apartment - a bit creaky and worn, but cozy.
Nice enough hostel. Power went out a couple of times and the bathroom flooded on the lower level and got my backpack wet - the hazards of having a full house I suppose. I don't blame them at all since crap can happen to the best of places. Staff was friendly and helpful. No luggage lockers, only small personal ones. Bring your own lock. Security is trust-based - staff would keep an eye on things, but you usually depended on your trust in other guests. Average age felt to be around 19-20.
Villa Divine is true to its name!. Maja was a wonderful host - she sat us down as soon as we arrived and provided us with drinks and beverages as she explained everything we needed to know about Dubrovnik and the hostel. In the evening, she surprised the hostel guests with champagne flutes and brownies! Location wise, the Old Town is easy to get to via bus, the view is great, the atmosphere friendly, and the hostel was in excellent order. The 100% rating is completely true.
