It's in a good spot, near the tube and buses, right across from Kensington Gardens but the hostel could use some upgrades, especially in security - there are only a handful of lockers all of which were full so that was disappointing. Not the worst place we've stayed but certainly no where near the best.

A reasonable hostel close to the city centre and an easy walk to anywhere you'd like to go. Airport bus stops right outside the door, all the staff were friendly and helpful.
Okay for a night or two but nothing special, not really much security on offer.

An incredible experience, fresh, modern and extremely clean facilities. Everything we could want was there and the atmosphere was great, it's full of friendly staff and guests! Highly reccommend staying here and definitely would again!
Dingy, smelly, and dirty. Staying here was a pretty depressing experience. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming, the staff were disinterested and unhelpful. The kitchen smelled foul and was unhygenic to say the least, the bed linen is not changed between guests. The bathrooms are not kept well cleaned. On one occasion a toilet became blocked and overflowed into the hall carpet. Would not recommend.
