If you're going to Budapest and like to go out, you have to visit this hostel. One of the best clubs of Budapest downstairs, amazing location, fairly big kitchen and cute balcony, can you even ask for more? Met some amazing people here, and I'll definitely come back some day! Not the cleanest place, but it's a party hostel after all!
This hotel is just a hotel with dorm rooms, so there wasn't any atmosphere or character to it. It's a great place if you're with a friend or two, looking a clean and quiet place to stay. The rooms were super clean and the bed was amazingly soft. The common kitchen was filthy, there were flies and dirty dishes everywhere.. Also no kettle which I think is a must-have in every hostel.
Very nice stay, clean and quiet (except the church bell right by the corner which rang all_the_time). Nice location also, walk distance from everywhere, lots of nice cafes nearby. No AC in the rooms which is a minus.
Very chill hostel with great staff and atmosphere! It is small so don't expect to get to the shower without queuing. Also, the "kitchen" is also just a small stove and fridge. The hostel is located almost on top of a hill but only 10 min from the old city and there's a grocery store right by the corner. I had a very fun time staying in this hostel thanks to other guests and staff, so I'd recommend it for everyone who isn't that into sleeping but ready to go out no matter what day it is ;)
Super good location, there's lots of bars, restaurants and clubs nearby, no need to take the tram or bus. Rooms are clean as well as the bathrooms and showers. Staff is super friendly! We went to the pub crawl and had a good time with other hostel guests. Would go again!
The dorms are very small and the privacy of the showers is questionable as there's no locks on the doors and you can basically see through the shower doors... The bar area is very big and cool looking, but IMO it has no atmosphere and lots of larger groups (mainly from the US) coming together makes socializing harder. The location is also very big minus for me. The hostel was very safe and the view from our room was amazing! I still wouldn't recommend this hostel, not worth the money.
You have to pay for your stay with CASH right after you arrive to the hostel, otherwise you'll have to pay an extra fee, so be aware of that! When I asked if I could go get some cash from the ATM, the owner (older man) declined kinda rudely.. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant: very clean, safe and quiet. The hostel wasn't very good for socializing and there wasn't really that "hostel athmosphere". Afterall, if you're just looking for quiet and clean place to sleep, it's a good choice!
Located very near the metro station in Kreuzberg, this hostel made my Berlin experience perfect! Lots of nice cafes and pubs right around the corner, as well as grocery store Lidl. The people and the atmosphere in the hostel was very relaxed and nice, you'd always find somebody to go out with. The bathrooms and showers were super clean - for a hostel after all. I recommend this hostel for chill people who like to go out, i'm sure i'm gonna go there again!
