Bathrooms were not clean - especially when checking out early because of the night before. The air in the 40-bed dorm is quite stale. Internet was poor and there were almost no power points in my 40-bed dorm and you had to go to the common area to use one. One staff member I spoke to seemed happy to be there but otherwise most were unenthusiastic and not very approachable. Location close to the central train station is good. I enjoyed my stay at Wombats Hostel next door much more though.

I had a fantastic stay here. The 8-bed dorms are really spacious (and actually more like 2 x 4-bed dorms) and nice and clean. Little communal area is good for chilling out reading the paper or mingling. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location, at the entrance to the old city and short walk to the main station is excellent. Internet connection was fast and reliable. Good value for money.

The hostel is in a very nice part of town - not too far a walk from Charles Bridge, on the way to the castle, but still a quiet area. It's about a 45min walk to the UAN Florenc bus station. The hostel itself provides all the essentials.

The facilities are basic, but I really liked the homey feel of the hostel - in the rooms, common area and backyard. Other travellers at this place were friendly too and I made a couple of really cool friends. I recommend this place, and it is good for single travellers.

Excellent location for connectivity, centrality and night life (probably couldn't get any better). Very helpful and fun staff. The six-bed dorms are a bit cosy (that is, not much personal space) but there's a nice communal chill area, and anyway if you're spending your time in the dorm room then you're missing out on amazing Berlin!

Staff were very friendly, helpful and laid back. The hostel has a nice communal area good for socialising. It's a little way from the main tourist areas in Chiang Mai, but still in a nice area and it's not difficult to get around the city. Highly recommend.

Very nice up-market hostel. If you want to stay in a hostel but with the comfort of a hotel then this is a great choice. Only issue I had was that the air-conditioner was a little bit noisy.

Great place - nice and clean with great communal areas. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is included in the cost too! The hostel beds are a little squeaky but not a big deal. It's about 10-15min on foot to Khao San Rd.

Accommodation in Sairee beach in general was overpriced. This hostel was no exception but it did provide the basics.

Thanks your review mate. For 8 beds dorm ensuite with 2 air conditioned,2 fans, free rental towel and snorkeling gears, free wifi,tv,dvd player, fridge ,etc...,the rates around 10$ would be very appropriate. And sairee beach is a tourist spot and the island stands on private source for water, electricity and so far.So it gets a little bit price up compared with the mainland destinations,i think.
