Definitely a party hostel with the music bumping till the late hours of the night. Awesome place to stay, showers were the best I have seen in Southeast Asia with excellent hot water. Breakfast was small but good as is any that is included with a hostel and location was right near the masjid jamek termail which is central to Kuala Lumpur!! Worth a stay and a visit to the rooftop bar!!

While the hostel is in a great location and staff were generally good. The place was not swept once and in the three days we stayed the bathroom was minimally cleaned once. The ac did not work in our room and despite multiple efforts to fix it, the problem was never rectified. Breakfast was a baguette with some fruit so minimal which was fine. But the cleanliness was the biggest downfall as well as one bathroom for 10 people.

Awesome hostel, the staff goo it of their way to learn your names and remember the people you are travelling with. It was walking distance to the beach, and surrounded by nightlife and excellent food!! Definitely worth it to stay there!! Also had a decent free breakfast to get you going every morning!!

Private room was definitely worth the splurge, bed was far more comfortable than in the dorm where it felt like a board. Semi clean although I wouldn't eat anything I dropped on the floor. Breakfast was good when they didn't run out and wifi was strong through rooms and lobby. Price was right as it was cheap, don't eat at the hostel except for free breakfast not worth it

If your okay with a little bit of grim, it's not so bad. Rooms are not cleaned just toilet paper changed and garbages emptied. The bathroom has prolly never been cleaned. The only saving grace is the pool, which in the end didn't pursuade me to stay. Booked for four days and switched elsewhere after 2. Despite giving proper notice they still held my deposit. There was also a large group of 30 French high school students (15 years old). Not good for the atmosphere

The best hostel by far that I have stayed at in Asia, orginally planning to stay for 4 nights and stayed for 6. The guys are so amazing at what they do, always a fun night at Bodega Bangkok!! Definitely planning to stay again on my way through Bangkok!! The hostel is super clean and cleaned daily, excellent food and beverage selection and priced well. The booze is especially priced well for Bangkok!! This a must stay when in Bangkok!!

Great hostel overall, only problem was it was far from the beach! But well worth the money for how clean and safe it was.

Only a short walk from the beach, it was nice being able to get away from the party area and not have sand all over your stuff. It was a bed to sleep in and really nothing more. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Don't expect super clean bathrooms. But perfect for a sleep after a night of partying
