It was the coolest hostel I have stayed in while traveling on my RTW trip! Definitely a party hostel, where you can meet people from all over the world. If you are looking for a quite place to sleep though, don't choose this one. The hostel has a bar downstairs that turns into a club at night and there is always something going on- whether it is a free walking tour of the city or a bar crawl. The bathrooms are gross though and the showers/bedroom doors are a bit difficult to use.
The Hostel was run by a very sweet owner named Neil who made amazing coffee and provided excellent breakfasts to those who visited the hostel each morning. He was extremely helpful in giving out maps and telling individuals where to find buildings and tour sites in the city. The vibe of the entire hostel was nice and everyone watched soccer games together and hung out. The rooms were clean however the bathrooms could use some improvement, don't go into the showers without some shower shoes!
It was a wonderful hostel very close to the München Hauptbahnhof (walking distance even with two suitcases)! The free breakfast they offer is quite amazing and the guy who owns the bar, Alex, is an amazing pool player. They offer storage lockers underneath the beds and have clean showers/bedding for guests. It can get a bit noisy so make sure to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend the hostel to all of my friends who visit München! =)
