Really good lockers. The ensuite in our 4 bed dorm was good. Location is spitting distance from Ocean Drive. Free breakfast is good, dinner available as well, and we also took advantage of the airport shuttle pickup. Atmosphere is good if you want a party hostel. Downer - not a single cup or mug in the kitchen. No computer.

We had a private room. Bed was super comfy. Be aware - no credit card cards accepted or luggage storage facilities available. Walking distance from the main bus stop is handy. Didn't use the kitchen or pool but they looked fine.

We had a private room with ensuite and balcony - fantastic value and very pleasant to sit on the balcony. The staff are a family who speak great English and are super nice and helpful with advice. The bright decor is really inviting and breakfast is great. Wish we stayed longer.

Easy walk from the ADO bus stop and another easy walk into town. WiFi is only available in the reception area which is a definite downside as our room was across the street and around the corner. Same day laundry service was a good bonus, and there is a desktop computer in reception which is very handy. Breakfast isn't included and adjoining restaurant is expensive. Better to go down the road toward town for breakfast.

Great staff, beautiful environment, yummy breakfast, common room with a fireplace. Posada Abuelito gave us a home away from home for a few days. Would highly recommend.
We love making guests feel at home! Thanks so much for the recommendation

Good value and has a working computer which is handy for planning. The breakfast is yummy. Downsides are rubbish showers - basically a trickle that takes over 5 minutes to warm up if you are first in, and gritty bathrooms. We stayed 4 nights and I don't think they were cleaned once while we were there. Also extremely noisy glass doors meant loud bangs at all times, which also means no one feels the need to keep their voices down in the middle of the night, and the light streams through too.

Literally a stone's throw from the Zocalo - a fascinating area with lots going on! The security is good and staff are very attentive to cleaning, although I wish they hadn't been quite so attentive by noisily banging around and loudly chatting in the room beside ours early this morning! Our bed (room 27) was uncomfortable so maybe ask for a different room if you can! Overall it was an okay stay.

The good: lovely warm, clean dormitory with nice design. Clean bathroom, clean amd well-equipped kitchen and common area. Bad: the restricted hours for the kitchen use are a pain, especially if you need to leave early in the morning and can't make breakfast before 8am! I suggest bringing cereal or something that doesn't need heating.

kitchen was absolutely filthy - only cleaned once during our stay of 3 nights. Guests were doing their washing up but the floors, benches and table were always dirty. There wasn't even a frying pan, no toaster and only four bowls - crazy when you consider that this is a 6 floor hostel/hotel. The wifi almost never worked for anyone - maybe for 20 every half hour you could load a page. Hopeless! our dorm stank like old shoes and armpits. Avoid!!
Dear Guest, what a pity that you found our guest kitchen in such a state. We do clean it twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. Unfortunately not every one leaves the kitchen, the way it should be. Some people also take out plates, bowles etc. to their rooms. In that case you can always aks for fresh things at the reception. As there is always someone, we can provide everything 24/7. We hope to get a second chance to show you we can do better. Best wishes, Alex

Our stay was excellent in every way, from the generosity and helpfulness of our host, to the excellent, comfortable and clean apartment. Fantastic value for money and a really great location - very central to everything, just outside the tourist zone, and within a minute walk of good restaurants and pubs. I would definitely stay again if I return to Budapest and would like to thank our hosts for a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very good location, very good value for money. Breakfast included is good and nice to have a kitchen available. Hostel computer available which is handy, and plenty of common areas. Downsides: we stayed three nights and the bathroom did not get cleaned once. No wifi in the rooms - common areas only. Noisy drunk people coming in at 3am and then snoring their heads off but I suppose there's not much a hostel can do about that!

Quite a fun B&B because of the crazy decor! It's wonderfully over-the-top and different to any accommodation we have stayed in before. We loved it. Other positives: Breakfast is very generous and so is the host, Vittorio. There were nice little treats set up in the room which we really enjoyed! Vittorio gave great information about the city. Ask Vittorio for his cake recommendation! Negatives: have to shower at night and breakfast starts quite late in the morning.

Simple, comfortable, clean room. Fuss-free check-in/out process. No info given about the city but we looked after ourselves. A note about the location: be prepared that the hotel is at least 15 mins walk from the train station and in the opposite direction to the historic city centre, so to get to the city centre it is about 25 mins walk.

Could not squeeze a smile out of the staff in two nights' stay. They weren't rude but not at all friendly. Location is extremely close to the train station which is exactly what I wanted. Room is small but comfy enough.

We have stayed at this hostel twice now and found it very good! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with information about Athens and the islands. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. The location is perfect for a traveller - walking distance from the Acropolis and National Archeological Museum, close to many many restaurants, and an easy walk to Syntagma station where you can take the train to the airport or the port. The breakfast is nice and well-priced.

The advantage of this hostel is their bunk set up. The bunks are enclosed on 3 sides with a curtain across the 4th side, so you can have darkness and privacy whenever you need. Each set of bunks also had a slide-out locker with plenty of space, which was excellent. So I found the dorms really good! The free breakfast was nice, and there was a nice big dining room and a deck with dining tables and sitting area too, which were great. Downsides: showers were too dark and kitchen is very basic.
