The staff was very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed that all the service was very personalized, including breakfast which was good. It is a bit far from downtown, but if you are up for it you can walk. It would've been great if they had maps and better information regarding the city, and its historical landmarks and main attractions. Hot water and pressure was great. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay but we expected a bit more. It was very cold and the heating only worked until 10.00 pm. The staff was helpful. We also had a lot of trouble with the water pressure and temperature. Hot water kept running out. That was unpleasant. Breakfast was amazing. Seriously incredible!

We were only there for one night, but we had a good stay. The beds are big, and even though it was very cold we weren't cold at night. It would be nice if they had an elevator because climbing that many stairs in altitude is hard. The only issue we had was with the hot water. The shower had many tricks and they didn't tell you about them unless you complained about the hot water. It's near downtown but not that close.

It was a great hostel. Very friendly environment and the staff was really helpful. Everything was clean. They offer a wide range of things to do, and the bar is always full of life. They also serve very good food at reasonable prices. The only issue we found was that the beds weren´t made unless you were arriving or leaving.

Overall we had a good experience. We got there really late, around 2.00 a.m, and our room was waiting for us. They received us very well. The only problem we had was that the bed we got had tons of hair, I certainly didn't like that. When we asked for a sheet change the other morning, they were happy to comply though. The water pressure is really bad, but you always get hot water. The breakfast service is regular, very simple, unless you pay extra. You can walk downtown, but it's not that close.
