We only stayed here one night so can't really judge the place too much, but the owner is incredibly nice and friendly, and has a lot of knowledge about the city. We had a very basic room, and loud bunk beds but wasn't a big problem.

Good basic cheap hotel, with good location, for a short stay, and yes there are no windows but with the busy streets of Hanoi this is probably a good thing. Our beds weren't the most comfy but good enough. Hotel staff are friendly but as it seems with most hotels in Hanoi, they will always try and sell you tours or transport which is most likely much more expensive than what it's worth. Please try out Lily's travel agency if you want someone to book tours through.

Just stayed there for one night, just as a stopover for a flight. Had everything I needed for that.

I love this place, mainly just cause it has an awesome vibe and so easy to meet people.
